OK. Here's my rant. Since I've started playin War Robots... Since it was Walking War Robots.. I have constantly spent money, not just to enhance my gaming experience with better gear and robots, but to also show support and love to the developers and all those working hard to continue to bring us a great game. And im a disabled Army veteran, and single parent of three young children, trying to support us on a pathetic pension for wounds I sustained defense defensing this nation. I give up other things in life to do so, because do to my serious wounds I am unable to work, walk without pain, etc. And involvement in this game brings me such joy. Well, twice in a month, I have had issues that occurred, that required me to reach out to both Google and Pixonics trusting that both or at least one would rectify the situation, and also do so without hesitation, especially after a review of my acct and my monetary support. First during the XMas event, Google, Pixonics, one of the other or both, actually red flagged me and froze my credit/debit card because of soamy repeat purchases!!!! I spent almost a hundred bucks buying snowflakes, praying to win a Jesse or doc. I reached out, each group blaming the other. Google blamed Pixonics.. They blamed Google. It took over a week to allow me to use that card again, well after the event was over. I was punished for SPENDING MONEY ON WAR ROBOTS. I asked both Google and Pixonics to perhaps credit my acct with some. Google credit, or. PIXONICS MAYBE some gold. Both passed the buck and sad to bad. Then today, I put $20 in Good play card credit on War Robots. Admittedly, my 7 yr old daughter got ahold of my smartphone.. And once I got it back, the gold was gone and I still haven't figured out what she did. Google refused to help said it was a Pixonics issue, and again Pixonics said nope.. It's Googles problem.. I know this last one was my fault. But I would think that one look at my acct history, they would see my dedication to the game. My support. And help a fella out.

Like I said bro. This is my one thing. The one thing I do spend a little on. Since my getting medical discharged from the Army.. I'm pretty 「fluffernutter」ed up dude. Can't go skiing, horseback riding, skateboarding with my kids... Running down the beach. So I treat myself to this.

And with three young ones to raise on your own, having to deal with the VA, and so on, the struggle is real! There is absolutely nothing wrong with spending money on entertainment, whether that be the movies, a good book, or a video game. Indeed, if everyone was like our friend Salty there, we'd have no War Robots to play. It does suck to hear about your situation with the game. When I find myself caught between the gears of a system, I try and keep a positive outlook in reminding myself that, ultimately, many of them are actually designed to protect us. I've had to argue with my bank to not flag overseas transactions, so I can stream my favorite soccer team online, but it's because they'd had so much fraud. As for the most recent incident, that's a tougher road. Our daughter (3yo) recently bought- get this- $100 worth of ingame crap for Angry Birds on my wife's phone. She called Apple Support, and we had no problems getting that reversed. But that's just a transaction reversal. Getting any company to reverse IN-GAME transactions probably isn't going to happen. If you have PayPal, private message me your ID. I'll send you over $20 for War Robots to replace the $20 your little one squandered. Just a token thanks for your service, friend!

I contribute by buying the Premium for the last 2-3 months. Since I dialed back my playing, this was only way to keep silver intake up without going negative. It's not much, but at least it contributes to a game I like to play.

Yeah, keep an eye on those little ones. Not to make light, I'm pro-tech-support and have worked for mobile carriers before. $100, while significant to me as well, is nothing compared to some of the horror stories I've had to clean up.
If both parties walk away from a trade feeling they gained something, then it was a good trade. The jealousy of others means naught. I just wish there was more recourse available in online transactions, sorry for your woes.

Thank you for your service and sacrifice. Both groups just want your money. On the last issue, I had an unauthorized purchase on my tablet - I ended up putting an app locker on it. It does suck when it seems people don't care, and they don't at times. Maybe set it aside for a tiny bit, remember how fun it is to play, and jump back in.

2016 i got some issue with my account and PX is very kind to assist and solve my concerns. they reply to every email that i send (Margarita and Harold), i think right now they are very busy with plenty of game problems/lags/glitches and this new Match Making system. give them a couple of more days

FYI there should be a function to block in-app purchases on your phone's settings, and always keep an eye on the little ones when they are playing! Anyway, I really hope that this issue gets resolved soon, and that you don't lose anything out of it.

Sucks bro. But, yeah I noticed earlier this year that Google Play no longer deals with transactions on the Google Play store and refers you directly to the developer. I have no idea when that policy started either. But what that says to me is good luck on trying to resolve anything from them and they are playing the pass the buck game.
