1) DC its just a great setup to shoot each other and use your skills. Whichever team plays better wins. 2) Moon, as above but terrain is a bit boring (I nows its the moon but still lol). 3) Valley, I'm not 100% familiar with yet but so far its really well balanced for different ranges, interesting in layout, movement options and vantage points. 4) PP, great place to play, pity one spawn always has the advantage. 5) Shenzen is a bit blah, but it can go anyway and the game can change 6) Yama is ok, I don't mind it but the options are seriously limited. 7) Canyon is always fought the same way, boring. 8) Springfield - jeez! What a bore! Probably responsible for more people in the LQ than any desire for seal-clubbing.
LOL they outta come out with Venus & Mars soon! Or another moon would be nice, Jupiter's moon! At least in the skies, you'll see a beautiful gigantore Jupiter, and not Earth.

I don't have favorites so much as one I dislike. Springfield. Everything else is fine. Well, I dunno...it's a small thing, but one other thing I don't care for is the music in Valley. I think it should be disabled. It's out of place. Both Moon & Valley have a similar "music", and yeah it should just be turned off for Valley. Birds chirping and all are really good already. BUT for the Moon, to be honest there should actually be NO sound! Because on the moon, there's no atmosphere and it's basically space vacuum! If they roll out quietly for Moon map to have zero sounds, imagine the number of people wondering " 「dookie」, what happened to my device, why is there no sound?!"

IS anyone else staring at this thread thinking, "I would, but that's a lot of typing"? More like " I would, but I'm lazy"

-Moon, very close range, good for brawling. -Powerplant, same as moon good for brawling. I'm much brawling than sniping, sniping just for fun. -Dead city, I like this map because there very much spot to hiding from snipers, and also good map for brawling. -Canyon, not really because it's a long range map, I hate got hit by trebs/gekko/Zeus. -Yamantau, this map is long range too. -Springfield, very dont like it because IT'S very large map for me.

I used to hate Canyon, Yama and Springfield because of the sniper dominance. Then I found I could deal with those maps by using a Zeus Molot Natty. But recently I started to hate them again, because of the new sniper dominance.

A lot of Springfield haters here. I like the map myself. Lots of variety in the terrain, so long and short range setups can both be effective.

1) Dead City - ideal 2) Valley - similar to dead city very close second 3) Moon - lacks high enough cover against missiles 4) Canyon - can turn into a light show with firework 5) Powerplant - some asymmetry issues but still a good map 6) Shenzhen - boring design 7) Springfield - some asymmetry issues magnified by large expanse 8) Yamantau - capture center beacon, retreat, use RDB Griffs gg

I exclusively play Beacon Rush:
1-7) I like all of these similarly. 8) Yamantau - I skip this map nearly every time. It's just not a good map. Poor angles and the lack of cover leads to awful team work with no one having an interest in actually capturing the center beacon - seemingly every game.

Valley is the best map of all. I feel so serene walking around in my giant robot blowing the crap out of everything, listening to New Age music. And it is so loud it even drowns the new Enya release that I am listening to on Spotify.
