Ok, this is probably a silly question.. on weapons like the Punisher chain gun, or the Molot cannon... the Damage listed. Say 250 on the Punisher.. Is that per ROUND, or per CLIP?

Actually the question is not as silly as it sounds.
For the MOST weapons the damage is:
1) PER ROUND
2) AT MINIMUM DISTANCE (300m for Noricum-Zenit, 0m for almost anything else)
3) AT FULL CHARGE (Trebuchet, for example, can do 1/20 of its damage if you shoot every 3 seconds)
yes, but with two (so far) exceptions:
Scourge - damage is PER SECOND, so it's basically 10 rounds damage and AT 350 METERS RANGE. Dunno why they did so poorly.
Thunder - damage per PER SHOT, and not "per round", because a single shot of Thunder consists of 16 pellets.

It's 250 per clip. with a robot that has 100,000 health, it takes me 400 clips to destroy the robots, CONVENIENTLY, I am carrying 400 Clips. 16 seconds per clip, (on a Punisher), So 6400 seconds, which is 106 minutes, or roughly 1 hr 45, so I can only manage to tickle the damn bot before the game ends. Surely it's per bullet. 250 per clip is incredibly weak and useless.

Back up your missile units let them weaken the enemy then when the enemy gets close let rip trust me it works
