I send email to Pixonic about "Kumiho is a light or medium robot?" and they answered! Here's the screenshot: Wow it's must be the most durable light robot with like 150k HP I think and 2 medium weapons like rogatka!

We were told they would be robots independent of the standard weight-class system, but it seems that idea went the way of the chain-lightning prototype. Shame, I thought that was a fairly interesting idea. The former, not the latter, of course.

If it is classified as a light, then some of the light robot tasks will be a breeze... Seriously, it's a slightly-better-Rogatka, which used to be the best medium bot.

I've heard it wasn't completing Light Bot tasks though... has that changed or was that in error to begin with?

to be fair/balaced, the weapon slots should have been like this:
Kumiho: 1 medium + 1 light or 3 lights, like the best armed gold light bots so far (Gareth and Gepard),
Haechi: 2 mediums or 1 medium + 2 lights, like the best armed gold medium bits so far (Rog and Galahad) (Fujin can have 3 Ms, since it instead has a restriction in special ability that shield does not work while moving),
this setup would bring not only more balances with other bots, but also more niches for light weapons in future TT meta hangers. these days the emphasis is too much on medium and heavy weapons. when was the last time we seen a new light weapon prototype in TS?

It would be great if Pixonic made up their mind... as per the thread below, first they listed the Kbots in the Knowledge Base as being in different classes (Kumiho light, Haechi medium and Bulgasari heavy). Then, they moved them all to medium class. Now they've gone back to saying Kumiho is light?!?! ?? war-robots-forum.freeforums.net/thread/13559Edit: fwiw the KB still has them all listed as medium at the moment.

I've heard it wasn't completing Light Bot tasks though... has that changed or was that in error to begin with? Yes, on wikia fandom, someone named JustAnother Nickname said all dash bots are medium. He said he is running kumiho and it's complete tasks of deal ..... damage with medium robot.

So true. On the bright side, nearly every Match I play is always high leveled mexhs ... I feel more on equal footing. Against weaker mechs when I am the ringer of the group... it's like press button to blow someone up

It's a wonderful idea. Why does not Pixonic change like this. I bet that my head is full of money. It is sad.
it would be a good idea to make other adjustments like this
- It is to reduce the durability of Kumiho and heachi.
It has high mobility and (high) health. Besides HP is too high performance
- Ability can be used twice as before. (Personally I like the old mini-jump ... imho...) Change the CD so that the first time is shorter, the second time becomes longer. Total time of CD has been extended slightly more than before..
Kumiho CD: 3s / 8s .Heachi: 8s / 17s. Bulsagari: 10s/21s is exactly balanced.
- Lock-on is impossible when Kumiho is dashing. .
(It is different from Stealth and it is the same as it can not actually lock-on even now) I thought that if you did not try to prevent weapons like locking on Zeus like Zeus, Nerf too much. Such a weapon hits even inside Dash.?Although it may be the only weak point. IMHO
- increase Heachi's speed and Ancile by 10% each. Also, reduce Ancile's recovery speed from 3% to 2%
Heachi is an aggressive robot. Increased speed is compatible with Ancile. It is only a little too late that only 5 km from the speed of Bulsagri is increasing

Probably the kbots were an attempt to upgrade the griffin slot. Leo's / golem are probably the predecessor to a Lancelot. But Griffins still see their way to the absolute top despite being a silver bot. Kbots are basically armed similar to a griffin, have a somewhat similar ability some greater hitpoints and toys etc. At first I thought they were just better than lanc, but they aren't you need both in a hanger. But I don't think you need both griffs and kbots.
