Is it just me that is having this problem? Every time I click the next page for a multi page thread, I have to scroll to the very top to continue reading the posts in order. It doesn't just automatically start from the top like most every other forum I have visited.
I am on Windows 7 with Firefox.

It is like this I suppose, next pages for me, for the posts to be in order it starts from the top, there's no next page selection at the bottom of a thread page too.

Well, at least for me (Chromium@Linux) the prev/next selector stays at the top of the browser window when scrolling down and thus is accessible from the bottom of the posts. And if I go to the next page, it puts me to the top of the posts as well.
Possibly some javascript issue on your end. Are you using anything like NoScript extension or whatever that would block something?

No I don't have any extensions. I do run Adblock Plus. Do you think that might be a problem?

Well I found out a little bit more about the problem. When I hit "next page" or click the page number directly, the next page will displayed exactly where I had it scrolled to from the previous page. So if I am already at the top of the page when I click next, the next page will be also at the top. Same thing if I am at the bottom of the page, the next page will already be scrolled to the bottom.

Might be, but well, nothing easier to figure out - temporarily disable the extension and check what happens. But getting put to the top of the page upon next/prev vs. staying where you are might just be a browser thing. Not sure whether there is actually functionality in the page itself that would explicitly scroll you to the top, so it might just work as the browser dictates. Though I cannot see any fancy Ajax with on-the-fly rendering or something behind page switch here, so it should be just another page for the browser and I would expect that a new page is always displayed from the top. But maybe I am missing something with page switching here, I did not do any in-depth check.

In order to go to the next page, I need to scroll up first. LOL so it ends up at the top. ??

Oh I see. As was previously stated, I can access the next page at any point since the Prev and Next buttons float at the top regardless of how far I have scrolled down.

I just disabled the Adblock and my browser works as it should. I guess that is my punishment for running it, LOL! Thanks for your help guys.

Not familiar with AdBlock, but from experience with other similar extensions I am pretty positive you could whitelist the forum to get the no-AdBlock experience with it while not in general having to disable AdBlock. Could be bit tricky to figure out what exactly to whitelist, though.
