Every 3 matches, a poor Bronze league player gets pitted against Diamond. I'm seeing this quite often as of late. Is War Robots running out of players cuz this 「dookie」 needs to stop.

How? Maybe they're squading? And not every bronze is Poor, some of them are champion tankers!

I'm seeing a large infulx of Bronze, too. I feel bad 'cause they get utterly decimated.
But the reason for the League spreading, is because Tankers have artificially inflated Bronze and Silver Leagues. This reduces the player pool near the top so, Pixonic opened the flood gates to give top-tier players opponents.

When playing with my clan, we're matched with expert and champion in alost every game. It's demoralising, it's hard to keep the upgrades going with no silver, and my hangar has come to a painful stop.
Without being cynical here, it's a good way of getting players to spend money, especially if there's motivation to do better for your clan, or you have rage issues.
Beating up on bronze though? Sure fire way to discourage new blood.

I feel like the squad MM adds up everyone's rating points together, like once I was in a squad with a gold 2 player and we ended up facing masters and champions, I was in diamond 1, and of course we lost.

Things get easier once you make it to Diamond (Android).
I don't mean MM gets better, I mean once you can make it that far, you can deal with it.

It's gotten so bad with my clan that I've sworn off squadding until I hear from somebody that they've fixed it. We're most diamond 2's and 3's, with a gold thrown in sometimes, and we're constantly up against Champion squads. The best matchups we've ever gotten are the even ones where the reds are mostly diamonds, too -- but we're NEVER on the up side of those lopsided affairs. A couple of the kids in there are ready to quit, and really, as I've griped before, what's the benefit to clan squadding when most of the games go like that. So I said sorry guys, I'm going solo from now on.

So I said sorry guys, I'm going solo from now on. I had this problem also and recently had to leave my clan, as it was mainly Diamond League players and I disadvantaged myself and them if I squadded. Generally on iOS you face Champion Leaguers once you hit Diamond 1. This also means that if you have a single player in your squad Diamond 1 or higher, you will probably face some Champs. You could try squadding with players only Diamond 2 and below and see how you go. Unfortunately in order to Squad competitively after Diamond 1 you will need some Champion League players on your team. I suggest asking the forum for a clan with some Champs that might take you. Otherwise, you can still progress in the Leagues by playing solo (although quite slowly), and it is good for your skills learning to do more with less. I hear you though, sometimes the beatdowns are just totally unavoidable and incredibly frustrating.

I'm sure some kind clan leader somewhere would take pity on this poor, downtrodden soul, and while I would be most appreciative of the gesture, I'd be doing both them and myself a disservice -- them because I'd be a very weak link in their squad, and me because I'd most likely be at the bottom of every battle. I do appreciate the suggestion, but there's just no benefit ito me in squadding that I can see. In fact one of the wiki clans here (maybe THE wiki clan, it was so short I don't rejember) took me in, and as soon as I saw all the slick colored badges in everybody's profiles, I promptly thanked them and bailed for that exact reason. I've been in a clan where I was just one or two hangar levels below most of them and got smoked badly in every game -- I can only imagine the carnage if they were all 12/12's. I know I'd probably learn something from it, but it's just not fun and certainly not worth the frustration to me. It's very unfortunate that that's the squadding situation, but luckily there's always the option to go solo. The last week or so, solo matches seem to have been much more evenly spread, so when I get trounced at least now I know it's mostly my own ineptness.

The last week or so, solo matches seem to have been much more evenly spread, so when I get trounced at least now I know it's mostly my own ineptness. I understand. It is unfortunate that the game seems to become unavoidably more elitist the longer you play. I can also appreciate that it's additionally unfortunate if this is not your reason for playing or where your enjoyment derives from. Just so you know, many of the Champion League players really aren't as elite as it seems from the outside. Most of the ones I see only do really well because they Squad together, not because they are necessarily amazing players. They are gaming the Matchmaker by doing so, as they know that if they get a squad full of Champs, the Matchmaker won't be able to find a full squad of Champions to match them, so they will have the advantage of levels and equipment from the outset. So don't think that they are so much more competent than you. In many cases, they're just average players with maxed hangars who know how to game the Matchmaker. Also, many of the clans out are much more interested in how regularly/frequently you play, rather than your levels necessarily. Glad you've had some more evenly spread matches. Wishing you much fun and enjoyment in your playing sir
