Are we excluding dash bots because 1v1 I would fear a tulu bulga. It is fast enough to evade and kill ancilots(slowly), carnage/ griffs (both db and rdb) It can effectively hunt pattons. And fury. It's slightly vulnerable to kumi.
A scourge bulga annoying 1v1 too. Can kill kumi, can't as efficiently deal with Griffins.
I would say bulgasari is built almost solely for 1v1 combat, it's sort of a failure outside of that

Based on my experiences today, I can definitely back up my choice of the carnage. Hangar today: - Carnage Thunder - Plasma Griffin - DB Griffin - Carnage Thunder Some may say I have a boring hangar, and maybe they are right. But I'm having a lot of fun with this. I only got my 2nd Orkan about a week ago, so I am still in the stage of amazement as to how much damage I can do in one burst (previously I was running a Griff with 2xPinatas, Orkan and ECU, and it's amazing how much difference a 2nd Orkan makes). And the Carnage is still my favourite bot to run in the entire game, due to the unique play style. Back on topic: I'm in mid-low Gold. And when the cards fall my way, a Thunder Carnage becomes a wrecking ball. Yamantau Beacon Rush, after having to run back from center to get beacon B (my teammates ignored it in the initial rush for centre beacon), I made it along the covered bridge, helped finish off a couple of bots by flanking them as they pushed for centre, then made it up the middle ramp and into enemy spawn. Caused a bit of damage, and was about to ambush a spiral griff when I ended up facing a freshly spawned Punisher Fujin. Had a great game with that hangar on Springfield as well. Used my two griffs to push through the built up left hand side along with teammates, and then when I died I got to bring out my Carnage. Enemies were concentrated around the city beacon. As it turns out, I wasn't the only blue in a Carnage. The Reds got rushed off of city beacon, and then spawn-raided by 3 Carnage Thunders, plus teammates trying to catch up and join in. So yes, a single Carnage can be a wrecking ball. But if you get a few Thunder Carnages working together, they become a nightmare for whatever gets close to you.
