I didn't make this with the intention of baiting enemies, but I've found myself getting chased around quite a lot when running the following setup: Griffin w/ Orkan, ECU, 2x Pinata.
This seems to work well for a few reasons: - Rocket-users love chasing bots with ECUs, because it means that you are basically fighting them with one weapon missing. - Jump ability might not be as good as going faster along the ground, but it certainly attracts attention if you jump while in view of enemy robots. - Having your bot hammered with a salvo of missiles is annoying, especially given the long salvo time of the Orkan. People either want to get away from your rockets, or kill you because of the annoyance you cause.
Tips for playing this to bait enemies: - Corner shoot with the Orkan. A long stream of rockets coming from a bot you can't see is annoying. - Remember to use your shield while reloading. Jumping with shield facing the enemy is good fun as you are blocking most weapons that will actually hit you in midair. - Attack enemies from the sides or from behind where you can. Rocket salvos are more annoying when unexpected. Bonus points if you kill the enemy and you are close to their spawn - they will probably chase you as soon as they respawn. - Fire while in midair. Jumping between two pieces of cover while firing is both fun for you, and a pain for the enemy. They'll want to close with you so that you can't hide so much.
Yes, this probably isn't the best bait bot in the game. But oh boy do people chase you.

A stalker. Load it up with aphids and you are a serious bait. Especially if you run on the outsides of the map and shoot while you run. I've had awesome games with mine. If I play to win I usually always have it in there. If not a punisher Gareth. The Gareth is too fragile though with rockets everywhere so you gotta have skills with it.

Simply put a spiral or a hydra and fire at everyone when you're low on HP, they all will want to kill you.
