What is a "right hand smack" ? I think I know what it is but maybe it should be added to the glossary Plasmahad ...more obvious but add too?

Although, I could be wrong too... it's been known to happen... Plasmahad is already in the glossary.

From one of stu pendus' YouTube he talked about when trying to name the orkan + pinata x 2 combination on a galahad, they were ganna go with the db but then someone suggested the term right hand smack and stu really liked it so he calls it in his videos.

My mate in SOG actually came up with the name for stew pendous

greyhawkI recommend using the forum's search function to look up brickfighting. It's been extensively covered in older threads.

backpedal needs to be generalized ALSO KNOWN AS KITING backpedaling is moving backwards keeping distance from your opponent (could be pinatas, thunders, plasma, etc) That's all. I backpedal A LOT, particularly against lancelots, because you could break a part of his shield and turn the tide (pardon the pun) ._. Back-pedalling and kiting are very different... say you're A, with ally B and enemy X. To kite is to stay out of range of X while keeping X in the range of B, in a situation in which X cannot attack B or it would be unfavourable to. This occurs in RTS games, where you send chased units around and around defensive buildings to wear down the health of an enemy, or in Fixed Force games where you get hostile melee units chasing friendly melee units to suffer attrition by firing at range while they cannot fire back. backpedalling (and Cossack hop-back-ing) in War Robots is to travel backwards faster than 300m-type rocket/missiles can catch you, so you take zero or decreased damage, and there's a significant difference between that and indirectly damaging your opponent by running away. Kiting or pulling can also be to bring enemy into other teamates field of fire

Alright, 2 terms I have heard frequently and am unclear as to their meaning: 1) Firetruck (perhaps a reference to the red Raijin bot?) 2) Dashbots (perhaps a reference to the smaller faster bots such as Stalker, Gareth?) Thank you in advance for throwing the Noob a clue.

MaximusClash 'Firetruck' is just the Forum's automated profanity filter fixin' the F-bomb. The Dash Bots being referenced are the 3 new Mechs (video and discussion can be found sprinkled throughout this board) that have been tested on the War Robots test server and are soon to be introduced. Should be the answers you seek.

1) Firetruck (perhaps a reference to the red Raijin bot?) I do not say this derisively at all, but this just made my day. MaximusClash, after you spend too much time in here, the profanity filter starts to creep into your vocab. I am always saying "Firetruck this poo-poo" now IRL. I still have not figured out what curse word triggers [Roast Beef], though. Paps , any idea? I love that one.

Ahhhh, excellent! Thank you. I will try a Google search on the Dashbots. I didn't get a result on the search here. Appreciate the information.

Thundorkans simply means thunder plus orkan. It can also be fitted on a boa.
I don't think you will have enough space for all possible combinations of weapon names.
Brickfighting means throw a high health bot right in the face of another bot. And equip with thunders to have a hemorrhage race with the opponent.

Perhaps reading this thread and the rules at the same time should be the required firsts for n00bs like myself.
Anyway, lol @ Ostrich Death Conga. I've never seen this practice in action myself, but I do keep a Death Ostrich in my hangar reserves in case one of those daily Au challenges specific to light bots comes up.
