I am sure that's the effect of two other shields. They were taking some damage of the Zeus. Just my .02c though.

Oh wow, that's a pretty blatant bug. At first I thought that maybe it was possible that the Zeus doesn't hit the same shield every time or for the entire bolt (since Lance's have 3 shields at 80k health). But, then it wouldn't have killed the 1 shield that it clearly did after 8 bolts. Hope they can correct this.

Shaolin aimed his Zeus exactly at the center of the broken shield. Zeus aren't like Punishers which have a big spread. They hit directly at the center on the shield. And besides, if the Zeus was hitting the other 3 shields, how come the middle one took exactly 8 bolts to break? Perhaps the Zeus was unintentionally coded to do its set damage against physical shields while doing partial to the robot itself?

Zeus: ~10K damage Lance: ~80K shield, ~130K health. Total 21 shots to kill. Where's damage "not being registered"? |

Yes, 8 shots to destroy the shield and 21 to destroy the robot.

I'm an idiot... someone close this thread please. While GRAND amount of damage was correct, I did notice minor damage being incorrect. So your thread got a point after all. And I though you mean exactly this in your starting post. Zeus was not doing exactly the same amount of damage IMHO. It was 20~500 points off at times. I though that was your initial point. And it really seem to me like it's due to the fact Zues is hitting other shields a bit. |
