ive been here abouta week. reading as much as i can but i lose track of information sometimes
right now my weapons are:
2x orkans 6/6
3x aphids lvl 9/8/8
3x mags lvl 8/7/7
3x tarans lvl 7/6/6
3x pinata lvl 7/7/7
2x crv lvl 7/6
2x tum lvl 7/6
2x thunder 6/6
1x zeus (won it)
1x hydra (won it)
i have the follong bots:
heavy: 1x griffin
medium: 2x boa, 2x golem, 2x patton
light: 3x gep, 2x cos, 1x gareth, 1x stalker
i want to build a solid mid high silver hanger to joining ios feeder clan
however im not sure what other weapons i need
ive read that 4/6 mediums is silver but many of my weapons are 7-8
ive also read that gepards are frowned upon and that once i go wiki i cant do bronze again
i also have numerous other weapons base i could work on
my gold tier goals would be to run Gareth, Galahad, rhino, griffin, unknown
so i see i want tarran/mag for gareth. tarran/mag/mag for galahad. so what would be best for the others or can you suggest something else
im hoping to get a solid silver hanger with the least amount of wasted bots and weapons that i wont use in gold.

silver: L 6/8, M 4/8. Avoid heavies, especially Griffin and Fury as they start at 6. If you really want, you can use H 2/8.

oh yes sorry for poor communication
i want to only run med/light bots until i am ready for gold tier
also i dont want to invest much into bots or weapons that i wont use in gold tier
it appears i already may have done that with my gepards but whatever i can grind more gold

ok.
ill work on getting all my weapons to 8 first then
the bots to 4 is pretty easy
I will keep geps at 3 and work when i can on leveling mags and aphids higher

Huh....I've been told on here that it's 3/12 lights, 4/9 mediums, 6/8 heavies And that's correct, but usually 3/12 sends you under and 6/8 sends you over most of the time, but you will sometimes go into silver. 4:9 usually puts you in silver, but it's a 50/50; if your win rate is good, however, it clumps you into gold. Thanks for clearing that up. I've been confused seeing different numbers everywhere. I have a good winrate so I need to drop to 4/8's to stay in high silver? What lvls can I run a gereth in silver? |

silver: L 6/8, M 4/8. Avoid heavies, especially Griffin and Fury as they start at 6. If you really want, you can use H 2/8. I would recommend the opposite. Griffins are much trickier to pilot than Cossacks, and I think Silver is a great place to get acquainted with them. Ditto for Rhinos. Both are quite fun, too. I say stick with lights and meds until your weapons are level 7 or 8 and then start trying them on your heavies. A lot of your weapons are already there. |

And the main weapon you still need is the Orkan. Tridents will also be handy, but more so in Gold than Silver.
A fourth Magnum and fourth Pinata will give you a bit more flexibility in options in arming 4 slot heavies.

Using ur lvl lineups of course. assuming a 20% hangar score penalty, your bots will need to look similar to a high bronze setup (4/9 lights, 4/6 mediums) if you want to take the MM penalty bots into low silver, as the MM penalty is applied to your highest base average bot rating (which is really the only reason i use the old point scoring system of @tinthefiend's). It is probably more preferable to run the gareth at 6/8 instead of 4/9 though, as the bot is stronger and faster overall. |

I recommend creating a spreadsheet, to keep track of your inventory and plan out future upgrades to bots/weapons. That's the only way I could manage everything while I was playing silver tier, but upgrading stuff for gold

Beginning to think that the 20% addition to hangar score is a bunch of baloney, but then again i only ran 2 matches (similar results). I only wish it were a bunch of baloney  . I normally run 4/8.5 Mediums, as soon as I swap them out for a 3/8 Carnage or Galahad my MM goes insane and I see Lancelots and Rhinoes everywhere. |

Here's my somewhere-in-silver hangar... this seems to be in a good place for matchups. I'd like to bring in my 4/8 carnage but it does seem to kick me up into the next bracket, so it will wait for the next evolution of my hangar. Edit: pic updated to show weapon levels  |

@kingkull Have your connection issues sorted themselves out? They have, battle brother. It was an issue with the chipset my old device was running. I got a K1 Shield tablet for Xmas which runs the game smoothly. My results have improved accordingly. |
