Is it just me? I could swear that I experieced hit issues - or miss issues, if you will - when I mounted Tulumbas and Tempest on one of the heavy prototypes. Where the Tullies are mounted on the far reaches of the left and right, I could swear that they traveled on either side of my target on more than one occasion. If my target stood still, the Tullies passed by on either side, while my target stood in the eye of the storm, as it were, almost unphased. Tempest had to pick up the slack until I realized that I had to move my aim from side to side to hit the target. Does Lancelot have this issue? Or was it just my imagination? Would Molot Mk II's have the same issue?

They really arent anything to write home about. Id take one if i won it in an event but id not be inclined to buy one.

Or is it, that you don't run any Griffins either, 'cos it's not good enough in your opinion? I'm asking, because the new bot looks very much like Griffin in practical use, only better.

IMO, you can mount a Thunder for a Taranderlot's exact firepower, on top of that you have jump. Or you can mount an Ancile to have Tarancilot's exact firepower. Now let's consider the fact that for a Plasma Griff, it's total damage output in 10 secs (meaning Tarans depleted) at 12/12 is 216,248.
Whereas if it's for the new bot, Thunder+Tarans total damage output in 10 secs at 12/12 is approx. 272,640, and this is accounting that Thunder hits 100% (which is definitely not the case unless you're 50m or closer. Knife-fighting goes to the new bot definitely imo.

.... Of course EVERYBODY is using them, ...., and if they start being commonplace in the real game, then I'll be quitting. Everybody WANTS than bot, but if everybody really GETS this bot is another thing. I agree in the point that I don´t want to see all griffins replaced by those. So I hope, if this bots really makes it to the game, that it will be a gold bot, a really expensive one. This is the only way to keep it exclusively.

In the few games I got to actually finish yesterday, I was having mixed success against them with a Tempest/Molot Leo. Besides doing damage from a decent range, they could still inflict damage when the bot was stealthed (as long as it was on the ground), not to mention the Leo is sturdy enough to last a little longer against it than most other bots.

More like a lancelot without the protection. Same hardpoints, so the firepower is there, and the descend is fine, it just wasn't a dominating force like you'd think. People were upset when they got jumped in their jump bots, but it's simple; don't blink first when you're shooting back. If they jump first it's lights out. If you jump first you're all done. Needs more health I think. Edit: griffins are fine, I run 2. The weapons will be the same ish, and truthfully I think the new bot has one over on griffs just because of the stealth nevermind the heavy point over 2 lights. The biggest gain I found was being able to jump without being duckhunted, which was nice. But boy they sure do melt like a Griffin, a Griffin with less hp.

I agree with those that thought: "warhammer 40k" influence... was the first thing that came to mind. But, the OP deffo shows the likeness to Chinese armor. Very cool finds y'all... cheers for posting the pics! BTW: Love those models moody... yours?

Seems like this is a platform that may be comparable to the gunboat Griffen, just add the stealth factor in to make it a bit more versatile. It doesn't have the HP to be a good knife fighter, as even the little Boa is tougher with only one less hard point for weapons, and it's ground speed seems better. All in all, I don't see this as being that big of an impact, really. It may be a good last ditch destructo bot, mount thunder and orkans or thunder and punisherTT's on it. But other than that....meh.

I would kind of doubt that Pixonic-War Robots would want to promote Warhammer 40k, much less has any collusion or crossover with it. However, when it comes to another my.com game, that can be different. Which as you know, PIxonic is currently owned by my.com. Allods Online is another my.com game, and is probably the star in their collection. And yes, there is an Inquisitor class in Allods Online though it maybe a healer mage in function. Allods also feature armor that look like these. These look like old style Imperial Russian in inspiration. The top two in particular, are Inquisitors.
