Through bizarre circumstances an accidental purchase of 2 undesired paint jobs for my Carny were purchased (not my fault!)
Contacted Pixonic, whose response was reasonable:
"We are really sorry to hear that, but unfortunately, we cannot undo your in-game purchase and we do not make any compensations in case if a player accidentally purchased some item or has suddenly changed his/her mind. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any accidental actions of the players in the game."
Whilst I can understand the response, wondered if as we can pay real world money for Gold, should there not be a case to argue it should come under the standard UK 7 day refund policy?
Otherwise, I'll just have to suck up the leopard skin fancy stiletto paint job and try to forget about it!
