You know, one of our admins warned me a thread like this would turn into a sh1tshow. If it goes a full page in this vein, I'll conclude the time isn't right for it, lock it, and move on.

I like to read/mostly agree with posts from heavypanda, paps, russel. i also liked blastronauts contribution. I disagree on darkangel though. Only thing he ever says is everything needs a nerf and/or everything needs a buff....

I've been a lurker on this forum since I started playing War Robots a few months ago.

I find Russel, Llama4president, Paps, Oppressor, and Zer00ey's inputs on the game spot on. I'd like to add more names but I can't recall their names.

What I also liked about these fellas is they communicate like what a normal, sane person would do, without the need to act tough just to prove one's point which makes me think if they are as antisocial or even hostile in real life.

I believe PeteV (not sure the exact spelling) is a really solid (and trusted) resource when we discuss topics.

To be honest I tend to put much more weight on comments made by players who:

1. Have played for a long period of time (therefore have the background to measure current game meta/mechanics against previous game iterations).

2. Have worked their way to max the long way. While someone can certainly pay to play, majority of maxed players still have experience in end game play.

3. Posters who are fairly unbiased. There are certainly players who don't have longevity or end game experience, but are still trusted posters (in my eyes). They're able to comment in a balanced manner but also acknowledge their lack of knowledge in certain game areas. Being humble is absolutely important if you'd like me to "hear" you when you post.

Those I never believe to be "trusted" when I read through the threads are...

-Those that purposely? work to incite infighting within the community (eg trolling). Sorry, you're not working to help the community, you're just trying to cause drama.

-Those that try to post as an authority on end game mechanics but are either tankers or still in silver league with nothing higher than lvl 9. Sorry, I don't trust you because you don't have the high level view of what end game play is like. As such, how can you purport to be a subject matter expert on anything outside of your narrow game experience?

I'll add more names (if the mods would like) as I skim through the more contentious threads looking for level headed responders.

All the words I would use to describe myself get caught in the filter, and to be honest are a lot less glamorous that way.... 

I'm not TC material, but what you see is what you get. I aint mod material either. I do try to do my part here and there.

If zerOOeyes is big time hostile in the word, but is contained here, not sure its an issue.

I would like to say that i have a really big list of names,
because i like to hear many people opinions, even if they differ with mine.
What i appreciate most is when people DO explain themselves, they put effort to show their point of view
so other people can understand.

What in these months i have understood, is that everyone of us has a particular perception of how the game works,
so facts are pretty basics, but some points are perceived more by some individuals, and even if there is a difference
in opinion i feel honored to (when they do explain themselves) be enriched by their different point of view.

This sometime brings light to some aspects that may seem marginal at first, but instead are an ingredient in the concoction
that i was missing to see.

See, this game is not just A+B+C = War robots.

Many times you gotta explore the minute details that weren't even meant by the Devs, and those appear only through
experiencing the game with open eyes.

So my list would be really big, from those whom i think i share my point of view, but would go even to those
that i would beg to differ, as they often balance the plate.

A few names i would recommend for their helpfulness are Russel , zer00eyz , 0ppressor, +DethHilt+, hyderier, FRΞΞDØM☆F1GHTΞR, Paps, Ⅎ₹ѺC₭₩ELDEℲ₹, Golden Sabre, @darkangel12s, and i'm sure i'm forgetting many others that would deserve to be mentioned.

I have honestly stopped seeking advice on this forum. When the toxic members are removed/leave and a sense of community returns maybe we will have true trusted contributors again.
