I've been wanting to be a mod... Not that I could replace The almighty Dredd. I think the issue with you has simply been that your avatar gives off a negative and unapproachable vibe. I took the liberty of updating it with a more welcoming, positive appearance that should get your application out of the slush pile for proper review. still on school laptop...does same old Web Page Blocked Access to the web page you were trying to visit has been blocked in accordance with company policy. Dredd, you aren't allowed to quit because you see, in many ways, the job of the mods is like the job of the US Supreme Court Justices, once you join, you join for life Also do you know how difficult it is to find good mods? Next to impossible! Nah, just draft in SlowReflexes, he seems to have it all figured out. Hell no, this is a 「dookie」 job. I've been around long enough to know. But as with anything in life, if you take it on you do it right or you suck. Most people suck. You actually don't. Congrats on a very great show of wisdom.

I am so glad to see you stepping down as a mod. You are one of the worst mod's I have ever seen on any forum I've ever posted on in the history of the internet. It can't happen soon enough and I will be coming back from my hiatus now.

You're on of the good ones, Dredd. Not just as a Moderator (I think all the Mods here do a very good job), but as a resource for War Robots info and insight, and as a human being. Props to ya.

She is known for her permanently "grumpy" facial appearance, which is caused by an underbite and feline dwarfism.[2][3][4] She came to prominence when a photograph of her was posted on social news website Reddit by Bryan Bundesen, the brother of her owner Tabatha, in September 2012,[2][5] and lolcats and parodies created from the photograph by Reddit users went viral. She is the subject of a popular internet meme in which negative lolcats (such as "I Had Fun Once... It Was Awful") are made from photographs of her.

For the record, I'm against cats....AND against you being a mod. first i can get, but why the second? what do people have against me. IMO your personality is a little too wound-up and hyper-reactionary to be a great moderator. You'd probably swing that ban-hammer too quickly and slip up occasionally which would make all the mods/admins look bad. But I could be wrong.

For the record, I'm against cats....AND against you being a mod. first i can get, but why the second? what do people have against me. I don't particularly have anything against you. But i base my judgements on posts. Whats the saying? "This isn't my first circus?" I've been foruming long enough to get a fairly solid idea of how someone is likely to act in certain circumstances. A mod's job is not always sunshines and rainbows. If you've read Dredd's first post on this thread, a mod's actions carry weight. No matter what you do, there will always be someone who disagrees (and wars start, etc). You still want to be a mod? Okay, so tell me, Why do you want to be a mod? And what can you contribute to the community and the mod/admin team? Answer truthfully

Answer truthfully I wish to be a mod as when i do something, i want to contribute more than the average person. contribution wise, i normally constantly look for the new thing in the different catagories to find ones to contribute to. this could work very well for me. i am also great at set rules, such as the ones of this forum. one of my best atributes is i can never get insulted, which would help when moderating.

It doesn't require modship to contribute to the community, and by contribute, how? In what way will you contribute more than others? Never get insulted? You'll work well even when you get messages like "even though its my fault, you're a mod, fix it!"? But how long can you burn before burning out.

But how long can you burn before burning out. contribution wise, a mod helps keep out flamewars, protects the forum and the people who call it home from others with malicious intent, and supports those with problems. I would love to help keep the forum running smoothly, and see that everyone who goes here is content with how it runs. As a child, i still get the " i hate your shoes" or "your hair is awful" etc, and i dont care about it. Not only i broke you fix it stuff, but the you are awful, i could do better, and others never get to me. Dredd is stepping down for the very reason of the bad people, the thing i can handle the best. i also try to get all the facts before doing something, and never use profanity. the main reason for my continual wanting to be a mod, is i feel i would be good at it, and if i cannot, that is fine. like dredd said"Who's got time for the negativity?" i do. bring all the negativity, the rudeness, the mean comments. i can take it. i got a hard shell.

Looks not bad on paper, but you haven't convinced me. I've modded on other forums in the past, I've also been through and watched enough applications, what you wrote is pretty much the typical application post. On paper alone, it may seem good, but your posts speak differently.. You want to contribute? Try aiming for Trusted Contributor first Want to keep forums clean of malicious actions and flamewars/insulting posts? I've looked through some pages of the archived reports, I haven't seen your name as a report submitter Still want to grab a purple name? Prove it to the mod/admin team that you stand out against the rest (in a positive way), and that you are someone that can be trusted.

SATmaster728 Raise your right hand... By the time you are done laying out the case why you would be a good moderator to the forum management, is the very same moment you realize: why would you want to be a moderator on the Officially Unofficial Peoples Revolutionary Overthrow of Pixonic Forum..? Ain't nobody got time for that! Be careful what you wish for...

No one applies to join the TCs, the mod/admin team grant it to people based on the quality of their posts. If they give tons of good advice or tips to questioning users or to threads in general, we decide to change their name color from blue to green. Of course though once a TC does not mean always a TC. We can remove it at any time that we deem that the user in question is no longer trustworthy. TC rank offers no moderation powers (or forum-altering powers in general), it's just for show and for other forumers to note that their advice can be trusted.

Also, important to note that women like untrustworthy contributors more... must be that bad-boy thing. Gives you an aura of danger. Trusted: Untrusted:
