I've enjoyed reading the feedback and have a bit of analysis paralysis with regards to my hangar. Seeking feedback on next purchase. I know, I know - 5th slot. I'm saving it. Should I also keep my WSP's in the bank? 86m Ag 1500 Au 20.5k WSP

I suspect that what you see in the Workshop is about all we're ever going to see in the Workshop. While I wouldn't spend them frivolously, they do tend to pile up after awhile. 3 Tarans, 4 Mags tells me you've put them to very smart use already. Is there anything in particular you're looking at?

Get 2x Tridents and replace the Tulumbas Griffin with a Trident Pin Natasha.

I've planned out my Hangar so I will only use those. I plan on getting all the Mecha but unless the stats change for other Mecha to make them more viable for me, I will keep them in reserve. For example, I replaced the Golem with a Rogatka.
So, it really depends on your play style and the personal goals you set for yourself in-game.

I was thinking about a Thunder Rampage bc they look fun to pilot. They're also fun to fight. But my hangar is pretty stacked at <400 distance. I have a level 7 Natasha collecting dust with a Treb. Once in a while, I'll rig it up and sit and snipe at Yamantau. Then I get bored, my team starts to lose ground and I jump into a different bot and get my hands dirty. This event has given me a few new toys and a lot of currency. I got a Hydra and I HATE playing against that weapon so I figure it must be good to use when its leveled but finding a good bot with a medium slot that tickles my fancy has been hard to find. I'm also a day away from earning a stalker - which I'll pinata and have another option at close range.

nazgul Do you have a Doc, by chance? They go pretty well with Hydras. I do not. Doc is one of the event give away bots, right? Plus, I only have one unleveled Hydra. Most of what I read here, people aren't big fans. I dont want to waste time and currency buying another and leveling them. ....Or do I?

I haven't tried it yet myself, but dear God, Hydras can be annoying as hell. I have one unleveled Hydra from the event tasks, and I think I may grab another just to give it a go. As to other WSP purchases, I say buy some stuff. If you at all go in for mid-range support options, Tridents are a solid option. As another poster upstream said, pop two of them and a pair of Pins on a Natasha and you'll have some solid firepower for your purchase.

Tridents, a Carny and a stalker are all good options for you. The stalker is a great end game capper or sacrificial start of the game capper for those capture the pesky beacons missions. The Carny is just good but you may not like the squishiness. The carny is great with the stock thunders or if you can afford the WSP the tridents will turn it into a mobile mid ranger. The tridents with pins works great on a Natty and is as close as you will get to a triple trident Fury.
As with OP that Tulumbas Griff needs to go with either pins or out altogether. PDB griff is a good option.

Gonna play it and see. Whats PDB giff? Sorry, sometimes I dont get the acronyms. And what do you mean squishiness of a Carny?

Carny has relatively low HP despite having an Ancile. Colloquailly known as a glass cannon

Get 2x Tridents and replace the Tulumbas Griffin with a Trident Pin Natasha. Good advice. Some people use Molots, Spirals or even Trident Magnums/Aphids as light weapons (to have higher damage output if engaged in short range battles). Personally I prefer Trident Molot Natty, you have the option of pestering some Furys from 700m out, and Molots can do reasonable damage and help take down Anciles. Against Anciles the two Molots have more than twice the DPS than Pins or another Trident. Carnage is also fun, you can run it with Thunders, Tridents or Zeus. Maybe an option for the 5th slot. But I'd go for Trident Natty first.

Given your league, I would go trident-pin Natasha, then a carnage after you get the tridents to 8. Its great through Diamond and ancile on it is going to be more important with the pending rocket buffs.

Sorry it's not up to your liking. :-( A Trident / Pins 'Tasha is a bit of a patience game, but I can truly say that in most of the games I play where I'm one of the top damage dealers, the Tridents are responsible. Keep saving and try a Carnage with them; you'll certainly feel a lot more mobile that way.

As Vectivus said it is a patience game and map specific. In shines in canyon, yama and springfield. It's use is limited in other maps due to it's speed.

I love taking up position on the side bridges in Canyon. So many nice spots that those Tridents will reach... I like it on Shenzen too, honestly, provided the reds aren't paying too much attention to you.

I know what you mean... the only Mid-Range specific bot I truly enjoy playing with any Mid-Range Heavy weapon, in serious play, is the Carny. Otherwise the RDB (Tulumbus/Pin) Griff does the trick. Especially since the Moon map has come... the Jump is nice. Now, playing around and running fun setups, I do like 2 Zeus on the Natty with Punishers on the lights, but, my Natty is a 9... so it isn't quite as snail-like. But like was said, if you ever wondered if you would like the Trident Fury, after running that Natty Tri+Pin, now you know. Carnage is a fine WSP purchase if you are into quicker gameplay and enjoy medium chassis bots. Tridents will work well on it... I would say, though, that both the bot and the weapons need to be at least 8 before you can get a feel for them... and that is the last level of upgrades before the price gets too high to just "try it out" for the Tridents... I'd say level 9 is that point on the Carny... plus that is the level that you get the maxed base speed for it... IMO, YMMV.

I guess I enjoy a faster style bc a Fury has zero appeal to me - though I'm happy when there's one behind me. I love my plasmahad and rdb griff (still leveling up).
