Aphid Stalker is nearly useless against other light bots. Mag or Punisher Stalker loses to shield bots, and constant DPS weapons don't go well with short-duration stealth anyway. Molots and Geckos and Spirals have way too low damage.
So what remains is in the poll options. And the reason for the question is, what should I upgrade, Pins or Pinatas?

Pinata Stalker. Pin Stalker is called free damage, because of the lack of even decent firepower.

Pinatas. You can splash a cloaked stalker if they are near a wall or other bots. The reload times jive with the stalker cloak times as well.

Aphid better I think, Stalker is not suitable with close range battle. Based on my battles, very few Stalker Pinatas

Aphid better I think, Stalker is not suitable with close range battle. Based on my battles, very few Stalker Pinatas I did run an Aphid Stalker, but I found it unsatisfactory. I think the target lock-on requirement of Aphids is the thing that makes it unusable for me, when duking it out at touching distance with another capper or a slow-mover (situation which happens often enough at far beacons). Pinata Stalker vs Aphid Stalker, Pinata is more likely to win or at least drive the other Stalker to cover so a beacon can be capped. Aphids can be avoided by moving sideways, avoiding well aimed Pinatas requires moving backwards and therefore away. Aphids are useless when opponent is in stealth mode, Pinatas can still hit. And of course Aphids mostly hit Gareths shield. In general, I feel stealth and Aphids don't go that well together. Aphid Gepard is my choice of Aphid platform.

Maybe my league is not good enough to see well play or well build of bots for gold condition, I think I will replace the Gepard with the Patton, more slot, more health

For Geckos, Leo or Natasha is better bot, and for everything else, Griffin or Rhino. Aphid Leo might still be better than Aphid Patton (at least after they fix the Aphid exploding bug). The point of Gepard is its speed, while heavy bots have HP and firepower, but Patton is not the best of both worlds berween them... Still, many do,run Pattons, 4 Aphids is nasty and if you already have them, then go for it. If not, I'd consider the alternatives.

Of course the Gepard strength is speed, but Patton still faster than some bots and more health than Gepard. At the mean time I just a new player, so Au is the big problem for me (I'm saving Au for fifth slot), Aphid just have one from event's task I still have a long run for my Hangar
