"point them at the red box"... Thanks a lot, sherlock. ?
Now that we've gotten that out of the way, here's the deal:
I can aim fine with my Tulu Fujin...
I can aim fine with my Trident Raijin (just let it go... shhhhh).
I can aim fine with my DB Rhino and DB Griff
I can aim my spirals fine (ayeeee ?)
But as soon as Pins show up it's like "MiSsLeS EvErYwHeRe" I've tried various Pin Leo setups... I've used a Pin Patton; I'm experimenting with a Pin Jesse (which is SO fun, except that I always lose). Anyways, what is it with Pins? Do I have some kind of disability?

Pins are essentially missles, just slower movement speeds. You have to sort of "predict" where your enemy is planning to go (and depending on their speed and distance, you may need to aim a bit farther from their little hitbox)

Pins move pretty fast vs Orks/Pinatas. I've found that aiming like you would with your Tulus. You said you are fine with those on your Fujin, do you target differently in that loadout?
I use Pins regularly and found that I lead them on the edge of the targeting box at 350m+ ranges works against most bots. Closer than that I aim slightly to the side of the center of mass depending on movement direction. If I am looking for splash I judge how close the outer targeting box is to the edge of cover to see if it is worth it to let the salvo go. If it is a light (Gary/Stalker) then I aim a half the width of the targeting box in the direction of movement. Good hunting!

Step 1) Put cross over red square
Step 2) Press the big red button
Step 3) Watch Gary explode

I found Pins aim to be very similiar to Tridents Slow moving missiles, with decent pause between each one leaving it's home in search of a new friend. So you can miss if you are twitchy with your fingers, then missiles are everywhere. Just lift your right thumb off screen while Pins are flying away.

I've been using the Pins' since day three and tried various attack methods. They were extremely difficult to use at first, since they are projectiles.
The best way for me, is to "walk them." Walk as your firing while keeping your 'sights' on the Target. If you use Target Lock you only need to be within the 'box,' otherwise you'll have keep your 'sights' on Target. Also, timing is critical. Try to time the launch of the Pins' with your Opponent coming out from cover and visa versa. They've been slowed but area effect has increased.

Use body movement more to help you aim & track targets. It's less twitchy then turning your turret. Stepping back while tracking left or right gives you less distance to turn your turret as well. Other than that you just have to get a feel for the pins rythim.

Pins are fastest or second fastest of all projectiles. It's pretty handy for fast moving bots.
What helps me is walking parallely to the target while shooting. Theory of relativity comes to play and the effect is of keeping the target static relative to you.
Don't aim at 9+ Gary's at 400+m though. It's a losing battle.
Other tricks could be to set it to airburst mode, ambush slower ones. At 500m, people tend to forget you are there.

Aim like you would a Trident but lead about a smidge less. It's only got slightly higher speed than a Trident's rocket. Your goal should be to hit with as many of them as you can (4/4 is optimal!), because unlike Pinatas the rockets deal more damage individually than as a barrage. Aiming directly at the enemy only works with Pinatas or a point blank anyways.
