Yeah well it's not as good as it was but if you slap it on something that can use stealth quite often it goes alright considering that you heal grey damage after every stealth activation.
Currently using it on a Raven and you can pretty much heal back to full health every time if you play smart.

It was pretty slimy of Pixonic to completely change the drone like this (it really embodies the “you do not get what you paid for” mentality people think of with Pixonic), but I can see how this is better than a devastating nerf. May it live on with Raven, Lynx, Loki, and Orochi!

Ive been trying alot of raven combos...looking gor something that suits me. Currently running sonics. The bot is a bit squishy but is alot of fun to play.
Sonics stull command some respect from even the OP new builds.
Pixo changing the drone to kinda try to " balance" ( used very very loosly) other game elements.
To me we are right back before the drone rework. Shields everywhere and mothership strikes 10 times a match.
Stated previously...there is so much wrong...its hard to point out one or two things.... But unkillable bots walking into spawn and cannot be killed by an entire opposing team is what kills any fun or whatnot. Curie is the latest.
For me... The lack of an up to date mothership is having a major impact. Watching bots in the brink of death come back to full health 3 or 4 times is kinda silly.
Thr player base is back to mostly noobs... And pixo wants it this way. This is. Just another cycle... Look at the tubers and see them " sell " modules and old ( revanent) set ups as they suck in a whole. New batch for pixo to scam.

The Curie has all the built in mystical pixonic "unintended" abilities and I still don't get how it does what it can do. Shoot it and it's health goes up....yeah right. Its crazy fast too. Titans shooting it at point blank with sonics or shotguns, no problem, shakes it off due to the tennis ball sized hit box that we loved that the Seraph had on first release, but but pixonic plays the "what are you talking about? There's nothing to see here" card and plays it players for fools. |

Even after the nerf, if played skillfully it can be a pest. Gonna give it a go tomorrow. Thanks for the tip. |

What am I missing here? Lots of players saying that Kestrel is really good on bots with stealth now. It heals 5% durability on stealth, right? I wouldn`t have thought 5% would make much of a difference!

I wouldn`t have thought 5% would make much of a difference! It is the grey damage heal when entering stealth that makes it so good. Plus it has the regular heal too. I could see it being freaking awesome on a stealth raven. You could be at full health for a whole match if done correctly. You won’t quite have the unkillableness of a curie, but it can breathe new life into a few older robots. |

I run kestrel on both my dagon, personally, idgaf about the stealth bonus, for me it was and still is about the damage and speed on kill, so I'm not TOTALLY unhappy with it.

On a Raven with the Nessa pilot, you get two stealth jumps every 18 seconds, so that's 10% grey healing every 18 seconds, not to mention whatever you get from the Wonderworker skill. |

Imugi`s back in the hangar now (since Ophions and Ocho got trashed along with all their weapons) and I`m finding it does really well with a Kestrel drone - makes it much stronger and long lasting. Haven`t tried it on Lynx yet - currently Showdown seems really good on that.

Id love to try kestral on my Raven.
Just finished levelling a seeker.
Put in on my typhon with river chase and have had some good games. Got 11 kills... I havent done that in months.
Ive been levelling pilots and have to say that otto on my typhon with hazzards has zero benifit. It does not seem to fire faster at all. River is far better. Trixie is good also.
Ive also been running an imugi.... The flight speed is real good. I hear stabbies work well... Cant afford to level mine. Shotguns do ok... Depends on the target.

Weird bugs (or maybe just Pix being Pix) where the Imugi heals multiple times whilst its ability is active. Same goes with the Loki, it heals when coming out of stealth and then again when it re-enters stealth. |
