I know a number of people are bent because the prices aren’t reduced, but who’s taking advantage of the Overdrive now?
Personally, I’m using it to level up my Tyr and equipment on it.

I've already been on the grind to max my 4 Coronas so it kinda helps I suppose, Got all 4 of them from 2.9 to 2.10 today. Just 2 levels to go on each and the billion silver grind is over and then I'll finally be able to rest....
My not maxed overdrive units: You sure about that?

Upgrading my 2 nucleons. Using all ads for reduced time. From both lvl 6 now 1 lvl 9 and 1 upgrading to lvl 9. I think i can push both to lvl 11 and stop there then wait for reduced price and upgrade both to 12.

I just joined but I've been learning from this forum for months. Took the advice to save all my Silver and Gold for the Upgrade overdrive. I was excited when they announced this but realized it's only a reduction in time. Not cost. I never sped up my upgrades. I save my Ads for supply crates, post game silver bonus and the challenge rewards. So I was bummed that this wasn't the Upgrade Overdrive I was looking forward to.
Unless Im misunderstanding this Upgrade Overdrive event.

Just using the reduced time to upgrade mk2 lvl 1-3 stuff to mk2 lvl 2-4+ over the weekend. May consider some modules.
I’m seriously hoarding silver now. I’ll wait for the upgrade overdrive to go mk1 lvl 8/9-12.
With the latest round of nerfs I may never bother to upgrade to twelve again though. I’m becoming more confident that it wouldn’t really make a difference to my hanger’s competitiveness and just waste resources. Several of my freeze weapons were leveled to 11. Thank goodness I didn’t bother to go to twelve.
I’m going to call it the Spinal Tap Doctrine. ?

I’m working on my Hanger X simulation hanger for Tourney practice. I need it since I pretty much suck with all the builds. Blitz is decent, but I’ve never piloted Leech and not a fan of targeting with flames with all the Tporting lag bots. Meh, IIWII.
Anyway, got the Leech to 1.9 and now I’m working on Nightingale. Might get the Bot and Igniters to 1.10 by the end. Saving most of my Ag for (hopefully) discount Overdrive weekend coming up next.
PS it is really hard to keep the Ao Jun in when all I want is to get Mender back in play.

I actually need that upgrade timer to grind for the next upgrade... I'm bad at saving. But I know a lot of folks that have tons of silver stock piled so they're go crazy this weekend.
I'll have 100mil by the end of the night so I might get some more quarkers started and do them to mk1 lvl 9 over the weekend if possible. Then if we get cost upgrade overdrive I'll take them into the Mk2 levels.

if you have a bunch of low level stuff upgrade it now. Get it all done really quickly without taking a huge hit to the stock pile.

Upgrading a Merc from L7 to L9. Not grinding and just used a few ads to speed up the L8 upgrade. Now it's set for L9 and hits the cap.
I don't have much silver so that's about it.
Now the Merc and Weyland are L9 I can just continue base leveling weapon sets for the rest of the month

One of my upgrades from Thursday just finished today(I started it before the reduction) My next will be finished tomorrow. I'll have 2 MK2 lvl 12 ST's for my MK2 lvl 12 Spectre. Dare I spend 45M Ag on leveling the third to MK1 lvl 12 or wait until I can do it for 32M? If I level it now, I have to come up with another 15M to do the fourth on Tuesday but I'll be too poor to level them past 2.4. |

levelling all my atomizers and quarkers to level 8, from level 1. will wait for cost overdrive to go further. farming ads by ditching bots in skirmish.
Question for y'all: does the trick of clearing your app data on Android still work to get a new quota of ads to watch to speed up upgrades? or did pixo close off that loophole too w/ the update?

Nothing special, just continuing to upgrade as normal. I would be leveling weapons to 1.9 on my Tyr whether Overdrive was going on or not.

I was in the midst of taking my Tyr to 8 when the UOD kicked off.
I’ve since taken the Tyr to 9, taken one Pun-T from 2/5 to 2/8, taken the other Pun-T from 1/12 to 2/5, and raised one Armor Kit to level 2 while I save gold for a second Fortifier.
I’m currently working on leveling a Dragoon to replace the Avenger on my Hades. It is in the midst of an upgrade to 1/4. Going to try to get a few more levels I to it before the UOD ends.
I am keeping enough silver in reserve to start an upgrade of the Tyr to 1/10 before the UOD ends.

Took a ton of things from 1 to 6. I didn't spend a ton of silver or gold but it will be nice to have all the starter levels done when they finally decide to give us a discount weekend!

How do you do it? So on android you can reset your ad limits. Settings>Apps>War Robots>Storage>Clear Data. Ads are now reset. Reopening the app you will be hit by the privacy agreement and then the basic Destrier hangar will load shortly followed by Play Store asking you if you want to reload your last saved hangar. If by chance you start getting ads unavailable a lot. Settings>Google>Ads>Reset Ads Id. |

I just got my center Nucleon on Falcon upgrading to 9. Im outta silver now. I did upgrade other things this weekend but I forget what. Falcon is okayish with 3x Nucleons, but I may move those weapons around eventually. And maybe I'll try a T- Falc with one Nucleon. Hmmm.
