Why/how did you pick your player name?

Cause I strive to be it.

"Thunderthighs" just seemed apropos for these stupid machines with their chubby legs running around.

My pilot name, Cdr. Crimmins, is a character I created in college as part of a shared world writing project I did with my friends.

He was high strung and unsuited to command. He repeatedly led his forces into one disaster after another but somehow survived through a combination of low cunning and blind luck. Later on he was discovered to have been infected by an alien parasite that caused him to make all kinds of rash and unwise decisions as it needed him dead to move onto the next phase of its life cycle.

Originally i was DeathViper, throw back to my MW3-4 days. Lame story, i actually had to battle for the name. I was in clan thunder wolf, so i was TW_Deathviper, well another clan had another pilot named Deathviper, and he had a meltdown. So back and forth we went about who had it first so he suggested we battle for it, in front of the clans, winner keeps it, loser changes. So we go into a 16 person room so we have plenty of witnesses for the damn name. After i obliterated him 5-1, he called it quits and changed his name. After that, i used my clanless name (Psychoviper) to torment him for a few months after.

The game didn't like my first ten choices.

This is a sebenza 21. A s35vn blade, titanium handle, gabbon ebony wood inlays. A construction that is perfection, perfect blade centering, excellent lock up with a satisfying clunk as it locks in place. Shaving sharp and easy to keep that way. 

Bought by me in January 2017 just a few weeks before I started playing this game. It's still one of my favorite pocket knives. It still makes it into my pocket as my daily carry on a regular basis. Not today though, today I'm carrying an old GEC cap lifter.

I have been using my IGN for over 30 years. It came from the D&D expansion pack DragonLance. My original name was just "Dark". Then I managed to make my way into the House of Lance clan. So from then on I have been DarkLance. But you all can just call me DL.

Originally I chose commandershotgun because I liked shotguns

I then changed to _FakeNews_ because it was funny and I always felt my imposing hanger (Fenrir, Invader, Strider, Behemoth, and a leech) got whipped easily, thus. Fake news.

I lived in a town called Craven. Thought is sounded cool.

I picked “Garbage game” after my Lvl 6 Griffin got hit by a Quad Mk2 12 Spectre in Silver league.

Then Pix decides it violates the ToS after no issues for 2 years.  So after a few more name changes, gold purchases, and refunds I have this name.

My actual in game is alphaomega ...Easy enough I am the beginning and the end ...I wanted to be my call sign in the military but was taken .(Grasshopper)

    My ign is Rockts4u.  I liked the rocket builds on Leo, Griffin etc when I started playing in September 2017.  I still use Leos and rockets too, to take down newer/expensive bots.  They get Triples and Rampages. :-)
