This was my hangar in early February, before the shotgun nerf this is my hangar now I have premium, I do operations and I buy the $2.99 key deals. But what I do more than anything is grind. I enjoy the game, so it’s not a chore but I do play a lot. I earn Ag and I upgrade. But I don’t just upgrade every new thing that comes my way. At some point I decided to get focused. To stop pretending that level 9 bots and 10/11 weapons were going to be enough because I’d just won something shiny and new and wanted to level that. So I studied, I looked for advice and I focused. I also took advantage of what I had available and made the best of it. Everything in my hangar is either won in crates or earned thru operations (other than the avengers bought for Au). Anyone, and I do mean anyone can advance to whatever level they want to, but the deciding factor is can you live with eventually? You can buy your way there, but it’s not an option for most. But rather than complaining about those who do, you can focus on the stuff you can control and it is possible to compete at the highest levels without being fully maxed, Uber meta. Study the game, use all the information you can to play effectively to earn honor and in turn Ag and then invest that wisely. There’s an ocean of knowledge out there to utilize. And most importantly, remember it’s a game. It’s supposed to be fun and everyone has their view on what that’s like. So don’t complain about what someone has or does, do what you can to make sure your experience is what you want it to be... this is what my post shotgun nerf hangar started out at (wasnt already ahead of the game so to speak)

I 100% agree. This is exactly how I feel about the game. Once you set aside unrealistic expectations (for this game) , you will be in a much better position to have some fun. As others have said, find your fun in the game where you can.

Aside from the fact that we are openly admitting to running a Leech in public, why did you go from a frozen Leech MK2 to a level 10 Leech?
Ok never mind. I got the pics mixed up. It's the other way around.

Yeah yeah, we all know you can compete with anything (e.g, with a hanger of Carnage or Raijin, etc) as long as you know what you're doing. The problem most have is that it becomes an absolute chore to fight against the same set of stuff game after game.

You have a much more diverse weapon array post nerf...which is smart. I did a mix of Cryo myself...need to add some Marquees and igniters, but have faith in my Scourges for now.

Those who complain only non Tankers F2P who don't play 8 hours/day,7 days/week, trapped in Master/Champion league and naively imagine that Mail.ru is a charity organization that subsidized by Russian government to satisfy the gaming need of planet Earth Commanders.

I agree as well. If anyone saw my hangar then they'd call me a whale, but I only spend on the events... usually $50 at the end when tokens are cheapest. And i do premium and the paid operations pass. BUT, I play 6 sometimes 7 days a week and it's usually an hour or two daytime and two or three hours at night. I earn on average 20 mil ag a day. When I get champion crates is when I do my level 11 or 12 upgrades with surplus silver. And I never pass up on watching videos for anything, usually gold and platinum. IMO anyone that grinds a lot and spends $50 to $60 every couple of months can have a pretty bad ?bum-bum? hangar if they upgrade wisely.

to play that same hangar for more than a Week seems boring....... i couldn't do it thats for sure. if i was made to i woulda Quit the game long ago.
but Yes every thing gets Nerfed sooner or Later and is a Iron Clad Rule in this Game, just like how MatchMaker will never Get Fixed. at least Pix/Mail.ru are Consistent in those 2 Aspects of the Game.

Well done OP. I play most days but don’t spend much; Operations passes are about it (and I collect the 500 + 500Au bonus when I buy those). I run one hanger - everything is Mk1.12 - and I don’t bother with active modules at all. I’m currently in Champions League III. You can succeed in this game on a budget if you play regularly and bother to learn a few ninja moves. Complaining about whales is not a ninja move.

I usually play about an hour a night. Do some supply drops free stuff, have a few beers, come back get the free deal things, have a couple more beers, do the free ops thing. Beer. Then open a bottle of red, South Australian of course, last night's was First Drops Mother's Milk, highly recommend to Australian Shiraz drinkers. Stumble over dog, continue playing on Asian server, admire the short game time, low silver payout. Leave iPad on. Toilet break. Consider another bottle, okay it's open, resume gaming, iPad goes flat, finish bottle. Charge iPad, resume a bit more. Hanger direction and new robot and weapon options and upgrades "why the hell can't I remember the plan I had set out the last night", contemplation time and musings. Devise NEW better plan, active new plan, celebrate with bottle 3. Forget to activate workshop. Bed.

How you liking your rime blaze blitz? By far my most productive bot.... rimes will freeze an enemy, blaze provides sustained firepower, it’s a good combo.

You CAN look like you spend a lot (and play that way) without actually doing it. My Titan is the difference, but even there, I have maxed weapons and leveled premium mods. And there, I’ll have to live with eventually. But with maxed weapons and mods, if something better comes along I can swap those onto that if it’s something I think is better or more fun...

How you liking your rime blaze blitz? By far my most productive bot.... rimes will freeze an enemy, blaze provides sustained firepower, it’s a good combo. That was the plan. The blitz is my favorite bot, it’s the first thing I ever won from a superchest and it carried me to champion league. But when the shotgun nerf was announced there were actually 2 things happening. Yes, I had to adjust my hangar thoughts but I had also set my sights on trying to get into VØX by that time. That goal had to get me laser focus and it also meant I needed to make tough decisions. I already had leveled avengers and vipers, so it was ‘cheaper’ to keep the AJs. ive since gotten Clive in operations, so when I’m solo I throw the blitz in to get him leveled (up to 43 now) so when I have the resources to focus on the blitz, the pilot will be ready. But again, it’ll be eventually. And of all the fire and ice builds (as I run several) I’ve been least pleased with that. I don’t know why. Maybe it’s just because that bot is lower leveled than all my others. I’ve had more success with shredder blaze than the rime...

What’s your plan when Scorpion comes out? Well, step one was finished yesterday when I took one Ao Jun out of the lineup for this this again is proof of my point of being patient and smart with resources. All I won of this bot in events was components. And even when they were in the chests I got up to 8500. In high level play there are waves of them and I don’t have 1. But I needed to get my weapons stronger so that’s where my Ag went. But after I got the TNRs on my leech maxed on overdrive weekend I felt all my bots were strong enough where I could place my focus on this. This is how much Ag I had to start I built the rest of the components and save. Yesterday I got it and got it to where you see it now. Was also able to add several levels to the storms that were 2.5 & 2 2.4s. I’d imagine that at 7.5 per level, in 3 days or so they will all be maxed. After that, we’ll just have to see how they change the landscape and if I win one...

Nice shotgun nerf recovery. However nothing says all that work and investment doesn't get side swiped by Pixonic's shady business practices again.

Nice shotgun nerf recovery. However nothing says all that work and investment doesn't get side swiped by Pixonic's shady business practices again. I think my hangar is pretty diverse, mixture of fire and ice, atomizers, and now storms. But if a nerf is announced on something that I’m using, I won’t panic just like I didn’t panic then. I’ll set a plan and I’ll get ahead of it. And speaking of those nerfs, look at how many storms you still see now. Halo and corona maybe not as much, but that nerf was a true rebalance of the game. I’ll control what I can and not worry about the rest

Focus and smart resource management is your friend I have been able to do all of this since my last post and yet manage to save 300mil Ag. Still not maxed, still work to do but it’s getting there. Made changes with the issues with flame/cryo bug and I like them so far. Considering what to do with Ao Jun weapons. Will probably start working on the one Nucleon I have and hope to get another...

I also spend on Premium and OP passes, I aim for 10 million silver a day, sometimes more, but never less. Kudos to you for 30 million. I had been aiming to settle for level 9 weapons and bots ... but 「fluffernutter」 it! Let's paint the town green!
(btw Nucleon Ao Jun are awesome)

So a couple of suggestions: 1) don’t use workshop any more unless you REALLY need something. You’re just using Ag to get something you then need more Ag for to use. I’ve used it once in the past 8 months to get the last 1500 components I needed for my Ravana. That’s it, all my Ag goes into what’s in my hangar 2) pick 1 bot to focus on (your best bot) and get it’s weapons to level x. Then move onto the next. Don’t do a weapon here, a weapon there. 3) don’t rush upgrades until you have the Ag for the next. 4) when you’re ready to Go to 1.12 & MK2 stuff, see if you can wait Till overdrive weekends. Huge savings on those final levels, plus the Au needed to MK2 is discounted as well. I saved and did all 5 of my bots on one such occasion. Saves you 87.5 mil Ag and 625 Au 5) if you’re in between having enough Ag for good upgrade, moving stuff from 1.1-1.4 is quick and won’t hurt you if you’re playing enough 6) don’t rush to get a new bot in if you don’t have the weapons ready for it. A well leveled non meta bot will do much better than a partially leveled meta one. Stay focused!

They're not a bad anti-behemoth platform. Their greatest strength is simply pissing the reds off enough to charge in stupidly to kill you at all costs.
