I probably do the best on Valley, Carrier, and Yam.
Valley is because it's a Ao Jun slaughterhouse for me. I've gotten my max kills on that map.
Carrier because I used to play a lot of Mercury and know all the ins and outs of stomping rats out of the tunnels (with my Arthur now). Also Loki finds a way to wreck people on this map too.
Yam because it's where most the Loki magic happens. I know all the beacons that can be capped from underneath, and my hangar is balanced to retake center and maximize honor points on this mostly attrition map.

I do best when cover is a available, so smaller maps like Moon provide that. Its also quicker for reaching beacons.

I have to say that most people apparently do *worst* on dreadnaught. There aren’t any beacons on the roof, which I guess is a surprise to all the people up there.

Canyon: Hover's Playground. Several GODLIKEs on this map.
Dreadnought: Also fantastic for Hover. Lots of Beacons for the taking on the "high" side.
Valley and Moon both suit my playstyle very well.
Only ones I really do poorly on are Carrier and Yam. My hangar isn't well suited.

I like Springfield and Yamantau. I like Yam because I always know what to do: Go to center. Help get it or hold it.
I hate Shenzhen. Lack of support. I usually push whatever beacon I spawn near. I get there and find I'm all alone and about to die.
Dreadnought is sometimes like this but at least center at Dreadnought isn't instant death as it is in Shenzhen.

My favorite map is Valley, Powerplant, but I also have high win rate on Springfield and Yamatau with my all-brawler hangar for some unknown reason.....

Castle...
I like to fly down the ravine on Castle. Hover and Ming can get down there and I want to experiment with Quin.

Dead City is a person favourite of mine, and I do quite well on that map.
Carrier and Valley are also pretty good maps for me.
Canyon is real fun if I manage to keep my Dragoon Carnage alive for 3min or more.
Powerplant is also good, as well as Dreadnought which I'm pretty good as well on.
I guess any map with good beacon layout and cover is where I really shine, although I'm no slouch in open maps as well.
I voted my ego is huge and said I'm awesome on every map.

I haven't found myself sitting up top on Dreadnought at all these days. Occassionally I'll take my Loki off the sweet jump, but I rarely do any shooting from there. But sometimes the Red sitting up there pisses me off enough to bring my Ao Jun up there to murder them. It's usually some random legacy bot up there.

I start with a corner Beacon, then do an end-run. Most matches I grab the the Reds middle starter beacon before getting gunned down by 3-4 Reds. Or I stick to the fringes and strafe the Red spawn or center Beacon. And my Hover is light brown, blends in not too bad

I think Canyon is one of my most hated. Plasma AM just murders everything there. I can't see your Carnage living very long with the lack of cover... Generally speaking I start off Canyon with my Dragoon Carnage and start slaughtering whoever comes within range. I cap beacon A or E and chill out under the bridge and snipe enemies at centre beacon. I also put pressure on beacon B or D where the enemy's side beacon is. After that I spawn whatever feels appropriate at the time. As for Plasma AM, I'm good enough at positioning to corner shoot them and don't really have much trouble with them on that map. There's enough cover for me at Canyon if you know where to look. If I have to face an AM 1v1, that's when I bring in my Arthur. I use that slow guy to walk my ?bum-bum? to Centre Beacon and sit there, not letting anyone take that beacon away while I'm emptying my weapon on the AM if it's in range. I have enough cover at centre so I usually don't take much damage from enemy AM. I'm not particularly trying to kill the AM, I'm just trying to hold the beacon advantage and win the game. But if it's multiple AMs and my team's lacking in Titan power, well there's not much anyone can do about that.

I love dead city because mercury is a powerhouse on there, both of my favorite strider builds (goons and ice rockets) work extremely well, and the rest of my tanky hanger does well with the cover.
I like playing on power plant for about the same reasons above. The cover is numerous on all sides and the sniping spots are great for my goon strider, and also it is a fairly large map (bigger than dead city) so that gives me more room to play as I usually do.
I seem to be one of few that has no real problem with yam, I didn't vote for it but it isn't that bad. I usually can get pretty good scores on it because of how flexible my hanger is (all bots are effective at MR and CQC).

I hate this map too, not because I have trouble on it but because my bots do best with lots of cover. AM is not that bad on it when you are near those pillars of sand/rock, just use something like my mercury (I got shredders on the sides) and they won't catch you. I get good enough scores on it but that doesn't make the map any less frustrating.

Suck at most all but ...
Shenzhen 'cause Strider gets all hot and bothered there.
Rome 'cause bird hunting with Ares is soooo fun.

I love small maps an Dead City is my favorite. Perfectly balanced, Each spawn side is identical so there is no spawn advantage like other maps. Lots of great places to hide and ambush and it takes no time to get across the map.

I voted Carrier and Yamantau, the straight up-and-down maps. But really above all I think Yamantau is my best map for two reasons. One is that while many people think it is a sniper map, I find it really favors fast bots, dashbots, descend bots (especially Spectre) and Hovers. The other reason is how much effort I put into getting good at that map. At first I HATED that map and man did I suck at it. So I really focused on it back in the Dash/Descend meta days while equipping mostly short-range weapons such as Orkans and Tarans (and Tulus, that map was great for Tulus). It's a merciless map but because it is has such a blend of open space and good cover spots it slows down the game and gives you a lot more of a chance to focus on tactics and strategy to claw your way forward. The smaller maps can be much more fluid and you can get overrun quicker so there's less of an emphasis on planning your advance. Honestly I think it's the best training map in the game and it's really a shame how many players just camp their way through it.

I like Carrier and Moon because I love trolling with the Hellburner and Mercury on the top floor of the center beacon and the crevices under the top floor of Carrier. Shenzhen is just all around a great map if you don't just rush to center. Finally, Yamantau is just great for my extremely fast hangar in both Domination and Beacon Rush.

Back in the Griffin days, Dead City was a Reds Slaughterhouse. I could defend that CB with my DB Griff all day long.
These days I run a lot of top-mounted weps so the ramps on Moon are helpful. And the tunnel is good cover when there is a lot of flying bots about

My Striders do well on most maps, but really excel on:
Castle ...so many cool launch points because of the varied terrain, and PLENTY of room to move and groove
Shenzhen...so beautifully FLAT, I can boggle minds working all those corners
Carrier ...a double decker high speed chess match. Usually get big numbers as long as I keep my head in the game

Canyon is my all time favorite. They can add new initial spawn points to offer different looks and it’ll be even between teams every time because of its symmetry. You have freedom of open space yet it has intricate cover that are not all that obvious. It gives the illusion that it’s huge but it’s really just right, not too big not too small.
There are 2 maps that I tend to good on but I actually don’t like: Yamantau and Carrier. Elongated rectangles that doesn’t offer different looks; never have to worry about what may come at your 9 and 3 o’clock. It often comes down to a fight for the middle beacon. Yet I do well, probably because eventually your target will come to you and the nature of the first clash that’s equivalent of a Football kickoff.
Castle is the other one I like and do good on. But success there depends a lot on your teamates. Can’t defend both bridges on your own. Unless you have the Ao Ming, which is why they dominate this map.
