Which game mode makes you get experience and operation points the fastest? Because I am aware that domination and beacon rush usually ends a bit faster. But, does free for all and TDM give you more exp? Put it like this: Assume the beacon games are 8 minutes long, and the non-beacon games are 10 minutes long. Will 8x5 give you more exp than 10x4?

How many replies did you think you were going to get in the first hour?
Not everyone is in the same timezone too.
OXP depends on your Honor Points. Everything counts. Damage dealt, beacons, destroying bots, deploying and damaging a Titan. Winning.Click on the Honor Points box at the end of a round and see.
As far as the Operation progress goes, level 30 is halfway. So if you can get to L30 by day 10, and keep the same play level, you should just make it.

One level a day - for the final 10 or so, requires around 1,900 OXP. You get 300 free (ads) and another 100 free (ads). Play a few games and you trigger another 150 free - so 550 free a day. That only leaves a few sessions to complete the level for that day. Figure out if there are any days in the next (10) that you know you can't put the time in (I struggle at weekends due to kids/family), and adjust the daily amount accordingly. One extra good game can be a hundred or two extra OXP.
Also, at the start of each new operation, use a spreadsheet to calculate how much OXP you need a day to complete it (or get as far as you want). There are threads on the forum that have the numbers per level. 5 mins maths and you're good to go.

i believe Healing other Blues Counts also toward the Exp. well for me it seems that way cause when i run my Tyr or Weyland my Honor points go Up.

I think that is about the same as before the change to honor point system. Never really kept accurate track of earnings so not 100% sure if getting more or less - just feels right about the same overall. |

I do not mech out on purpose - just sometimes get my butt handed to me. Airways try my best. In the past I just moved on to the next match as there was no value in hanging around. Now you do get HP for staying with the game, even if just viewing, until the match is over. So no change in play for me, I go hard and always do my best. All I am saying is nowadays I normally will watch the end to see how We finish where in the past I would move on. Also I normally come in first or second even when I mech out so I do not impact my rank. Maybe if I was a better player I might last a bit longer in some matches but I have a bit of a berserker play style and do not ever see that changing.

This operation differs in that each individual level raised the required OXP to complete. Rather than L 1-10 needing X, and then 10-20 needing Y. So if there's 40 levels, level 20 is not half way. If you are getting one lebel a day at 30 you wont get the same at level 38 unless you play more. |

But I wouldn't grind just to finish the operation.) I always felt that the XP per hour are pretty much independent of the game mode, is this still true? BR can be so much faster, even if I dismiss the beatdowns from death squads.
XP have been nerfed since I last played, a lot. Last fall I averaged 2-2.5k XP per game (champ), now it's probably below 1.5k, despite doing more damage due to the titans.

The payout may look like a handful for someone who player several hours per day. For a casual player like me, who spends maybe $20 a month on games and plays only a couple of games per day, the value is in the gold and platinum. And the event coins may afford you another spin for the titan chest.
So, essentially ~3k gold, 600 platinum (or whatever), 2 Rimes for $15. I've seen worse deals. But still, $15 here, another $15 for VIP, next operation will come for sure, all this will add up quickly.

Have you been briefed on the switch to honor points? Ignore the following if so... Healing, Beacons, kill streaks, damage to shields, Titan deployment, Titan Healing, Damaging a Titan, all these things add to your Honor points. I sometimes get better results when I run my Tyr and heal everything that moves while killing little, and then jump in a Loki and just snag beacons, than when I do massive amounts of damage. Ag is directly tied to Honor Points, now, as well. EDIT... welcome back, BTW |

I may not be up to date on the latest changes I was here when honor points were introduced, I guess I quit right around the time when they made them league dependent. But I think they were more damage centered then. My smurf (1 T-Fal in Expert I) seems to make more HP per game than my main account, due to self healing. But this could be skewed perception, because I tend to be #1 or #2 if I hang in to the end of the game... |
