I have had a look at it and I like it. No! I will come out and flat out say that I love the CoC! It's tough but it's fair.
I'm not saying you should do the same, but I have a copy on my fridge to remind me of the person I need to be.
Recently I had some guests come take a look at it and their assessment was quite favorable. Even the wife had a couple of comments in passing but I couldn't understand her mumblings. Don't worry, there was plenty of hand sanitizer and PPE was in place in this current climate.
O.K I'm not going to beat on about it but do yourself a favor and go check it out.
Mods, this should be stickied as a reminder to others.

I had a read there, it all seems pretty fair and of common sense.
I was worried a tad, because I tend to use foul language a lot, and mispell it on purpose to be funny (not just on this forum-WhatsApp, emails, YT etc.). But the fact that they give you a warning (and that I doubt I'll actually not spot it in time anyway) means it should be fine.
There was an issue with a certain f word used in my country looking like it was an attempt to bypass the filter, but the mods handled it superbly, so I've every confidence in them going forward.

Once thing I will say, they do a good job of modding without power tripping, which is a turn-off. It's a forum ... I've been to a few where the Mods have no lives so the only power or control they have in their lives is on the net. Here's a good one. I was looking around on some lawn mowing forums (to get some grass identifying tips), and I cam across one that basically stated that ANY messaging type abbreviations (like LOL, FWIW, LMAO) would result in a ban. The admin there must have been very old and salty! |
