So warrobots always ran kind of crappy on my galaxy tab S. I always assumed it was because I was running older version of operating system. Recently I upgraded my os to the latest version, and it did nothing to help. In fact, this time around game freezes, boots me and even in most severe cases it restarts my device mid battle. That is all on top of the regular lag. There are days where it doesn't do that, but there also days where I'm better off not playing. Is there anything I can do make warrobots run better? All my other games run smooth, only warrobots gives me crap. Did anyone figure out what is the best tablet to run warrobots?

I get game crashes once in awhile on Amazon, but they were more frequent before I started running a memory cleaner before playing. That seems to help.
I play also on a Samsung Galaxy Tab A6 with very few problems other than occasional lag.

See, the thing about just saying I have this tab or that phone, is that usually the name doesn't change across years changes, so it no longer dictates what hardware you're actually running. There are a few main things that will change performance Resolution. If your resolution is over 720p, you need a more powerful GPU. CPU. If your CPU is not an OoOE (out of order execution) type, it will need at least 6-8 cores to handle multiplayer GPU. Depending on your resolution, you may need a more powerful GPU. The SoC (systems on a chip) dictates what CPU and GPU you have (for instance, Adreno 506 is a common GPU) RAM. You don't really need more than 3GB RAM for anything. But if you only have 1.5GB, performance will suffer, because your OS probably consumes at least 1GB actively alone. If you want to know exactly what hardware you have, get AIDA64. It's free and highly reputable with the system builder crowd. Here's a screenshot of my CPU type on chromebook: and GPU:

One more thing, NAND is the type of storage these devices use. NAND will lose performance when it's more than 70% full.
You can also delete cache by app, and delete chrome cache which will free up a lot of space and fix corrupted files.
Finally you could do a reinstall for war robots cleaning up the file directory. When you are reinstalled just make sure to say yes to loading your old account data or you risk losing everything.

Sounds like planned obsolescence. Pretty standard in the electronic world.
The older hardware is usually not good enough to run the updated OS software. So it forces you to purchase a new device.
Some would say that's a conspiracy theory. But then Apple pretty much fessed up to it.
Samsung Tab A runs it quite well for the record. But I would try all the other things first.

I was having this same problem with my Galaxy Tab S2. Nothing helped. I deleted the cache, reinstalled War Robots. No change.
I recently bought a Galaxy Tab A for less than $200. Worth ever penny. It's a joy to run all the bots in my hangar onw again.

Best Android tablet to run War Robots would be the Galaxy Tab S6. Just watch out for the tablet self locking the screen. Otherwise it would have been the Huawei Mediapad M6 but Trump won't let you have Google services on it.
