What's the biggest robot money can buy? Is there any other machines tougher than a Traditionalist Falcon? How is it possible that there are robots known as the Titans?
Ladies and Pilots, we are back in the round-a-hanger event of discussing War Robots knowledge, and we will take a look to the 3 mighty Titans, robots bigger, stronger, and more durable than anything in the game. We got Arthur, Kid, and Ao Ming to dissect. However, I can pass up some tips to counter and use these beasts:
Arthur
The last giant Knight robot to the British Faction of Gareth, Galahad, and Lancelot; it was designed to withstand huge amount of blows, but we got the thing that Art here got the lowest HP according to test servers' resources, but the shields it has are extraordinary feats. It can block incoming damages from both sides, and can activate the ability to place the 2-halved shields into one, making Arthur an efficient defender AND offender. It's got 2 Beta weapons and 1 Alpha, which got 3 types to choose from: rocket, plasma, and kinetic type. Be wary that even though this red Titan got the lowest healthpool of the trio, it can wipe out an entire team of Spectres with ballistic weapons.
Countering It:
1. Arthur is a slow hulk of metal, use this as an advantage. Lokis, Striders, and Ravens can easily dodge rockets, but sometimes, energy weapons gets the best of them.
2. It does not have any modules(yet), so Stealth means safety for you. Careful that if Arthur is couping up with the smaller robots, they got Quantum Radar.
3. The Alpha/Beta weapons do not have sniper stage(yet), so using a Trebutchet Behemoth from safe distance over max Thermos with pilot skills MAY destroy 1 of Arthur's shields, or wipe 1/4 of it's health pool.
Using It:
1. Arthur's a defend and protect Titan. Protecting and supporting your teammates can allow them to overcome their enemies by force, and your Alps/Bets can finish them for final.
2. Target weak robots. Their armor cannot withstand the powerful Tsar and 2 Ruptures on you.
3. It's a huge robot, and a target that guarantees lots of silver. Loooots of silver. That's one thing every enemy go like, "Ooo, a Titan! KILL 'EM MATES, IT GIVES US SILVER!!". Be wise on what you do.
4. This red giant is the weakest of the 3 Titans, meaning an Avenger Ao Jun can take it down max. Have a couple teammates with you so they can try to protect you.
5. Know your Alps/Bets weapons' range. The more the merrier.
Kid
The last Wild West robot in the American Faction siding Jesse, Doc, and Butch. Known to have the highest durability of all Titans(for now), this bad boy means business. And buckload of silver. Just like Arthur, it is equipped with 1 Alpha and 2 Beta weapons, but this time, Kid is not a defensive type. It has an in-built damage resistance system along with Fenrir-style shapeshift. It also has the only thing no robots would dare bear-hug Kid: Stove ability. Heating and damaging enemies 10K each second, their feet will burn up and yelp. It has no modules.
Countering It:
1. It has the firepower of Arthur, so be careful. Delicate armor like Ares' can decimate due to that type of hits.
2. It has 40 km/h at max, and it's a fast Titan(should be slower). Get your Striders away from that melting feet boi!
3. It has no shields, and it's still slow, and BIG. It can be easily recognized by it's Alpha weapon behind its back, and this Titan is a huge threat. Snipers and artillery can do, even Stealth-type abilities.
4. Bear-hugging or face-hugging is a bad move. Its Stove ability can kill a Cossack within 4-5 seconds.
Using It:
1. Kid's an offense type, so don't be afraid to use that style. It has health larger than Ao Ming/ Arthur, so your weapons should shrug off Ao Juns, Bulwarks, and Invaders with ease, not to mention it also has damage resist. system.
2. Bear-hug those tiny robots beneath your cockpit and use your Stove ability. You can score incredible damage, and if you face-hug other Titans, that's a jackpot.
3. The 3 types of Alpha and Beta weapons varies on your type of attacks. Sniper is out of question, the plasma hits are from 600m range, or is it 500m? That's support, and the kinetic ones are also that way. The rockets are only for those who craves for brawling big-time.
4. If going against an Arthur, a Tsar/Rupture combo can easily bypass the shields. I call that combo: Earthquake Splash.
Ao Ming
The last(maybe) Dragon robot in the Chinese Faction beyond Ao Qin, Ao Guang, and Ao Jun. Many people called that Titan "the father of Ao Jun". It has the healthpool higher than Arthur's but lower than Kid's, but it has one advantage: the number of weapons it holds. It can activate being a flying spacecraft that goes slow and steady, while chopping in 2 Alpha and 2 Beta weapons. Unfortunately, it disables its damage resistance system. That makes the Titan vulnerable to gigantic hits. However, it can heal itself.
Countering It:
1. Ao Ming is very dangerous to go face-to-face. It is tall, able to fire its Alpha weapons from tall buildings that can block incoming damage from smaller robots. Get to higher ground if possible.
2. Firing your weapons to the ground Titan won't even scratch its paint, since it's got damage resist. system. When it flies, shoot everything you got, even rockets. This bad boi is big and strong, but not fast enough to evade rockets.
3. Be wary that when it goes in Flight Mode, it can shoot full combo 2-timer Alps/Bets weapons, and it can obliterate anything, except tankers with luck. Use long ranged weapons or your Titan to counter the flying Ao Ming with no defense to protect itself.
Using It:
1. Using any types of weapons, it can unleash huge chunk of damage to opponents. Plasma and rocket types can score over 100K damage over a few seconds if used properly.
2. Don't go flying around for too long. Your defense will shut down and you will be weak against high-powered attacks.
3. Know your weapons. Kinetic can shatter shields(except Absorber), ballistic can rock-smash physical-shielded robots, especially Arthur, and plasma is good from distance at hitting dangerous targets.
4. Arthur can be easy to attack, but other Ao Mings/Kids can mean dirty fights. They are also tough, but remember: their advantages are also your advantages AKA their advantages are their disadvantages. Being over-confident can cost their robots.
Wow, I wrote this for about 10 minutes! Hope this helps you in the future, my friends! One good outlook from Pixonic: Titans=millions of silver. That ought get you out of debt in no time! If you got questions, ask 'em below! I am an expert at anything.....except maintaing your cool. Argh, I hate Ao Juns.
