What should you do when your only spawn point has been over run by an obviously maxed out squad in the first minute and it is a certain slaughter. Should you keep spawning? Are you just giving them free silver, OXP, etc for virtually nothing? What is the etiquette? Any upsides to keep spawning and dying almost instantly as I am currently doing? I'm after some honest opinions and reasons to continue.

I always play out all my bots to get every piece of silver I can. Its just a game, if I get a few of those I just walk away and do something else for a while.
ETA some days you are the hammer others you are the nail. Pix makes matchmaker the way it is. When you are winning take all you can while losing be a good sport and let them do the same dont worry about "giving" free silver. they are burning PC's like nobodies business. let em burn em.

Keep spawning and inflict as much damage as possible, as it will end quickly. This way you will at the least reap a few pieces of silver and perhaps a key or two. Every little bit helps. If you bail, not only will it reflect badly upon you statisticly.... It only saves a moment or two as far as getting into the next match. So just get the silver you can and move on. I have at times dropped a "Dash" bot as the last bot and run like heck to get as far away from the spawn area, just to make the reds chase me down and kill my bot. Make them work for the payout.

Thanks. I guess I will continue to spawn and die. Seems more fun anyway... ' Yeah don't take it the wrong way, even if there's folks doing stupid victory dances or firing on each other like cavemen. Best thing to do is try to get more damage in than the other people being swarmed so you place higher and take less of a league penalty. Definitely don't let it bother you... all those ?fluffernutter?ers that are overrunning you at that moment have been there too. This is not your game if you get upset easy by being spawn raided, lol..... happens a lot.

I'm after some honest opinions and reasons to continue. I'll echo Loganspawn and say why. Fast games get me an ad I can use quickly. Also, if I fight as hard as possible, I have a chance to get max damage or beacons for my team which is usually a special task (Halloween in this case) and doing so gets me closer to finishing those ASAP. If you learn to play them right, you can make progress against your resource gathering goals while getting curb stomped. Perspective helps ease the discomfort quite a bit. But yes, if it happens too many times in a row, I try something else, either in game or out.

I like to sit and watch blues get slaughtered while I wait for the match to end. Games end faster that way and I can move on.

You'll lose anyways, but dropping in and just blasting like a maniac will give you more silver than just not doing anything, once you bot out just leave, doing nothing doesn't help you and just quiting increases risk of lpq, get whatever damage you can and move on to another match.

Get dmg. Get easy silver. I did the math, payout rate per min is highest for curb stomps. Get 4 keys easy, get most HP, etc.

I only drop 1 bot and wait until the match ends. I refuse to give free silver to the bullies and if everyone does it, the whale squad will starve and that’s how I hurt them, even though just a tiny bit.
I encourage you to say no to be the victim.

Drop a bot, take a sip of your cold beer, die. Look around for two seconds, tell yourself meh. Drop a bot, fire your weapons this time, die. Realize taking a sip before dropping a bot is possible too. Do just that. Take a sip, ask yourself if you have some left in the fridge.... Telling yourself surely you will do better this time, drop a bot, die. It not you, it the damn beer. Long sip. Drop a..... game is over. Remember to walk to the fridge.
Happy hunting yall

Do as much damage as possible.
Since your teammates will be crying and moaning, and many will simply not spawn,
It will be easy to get top score.
Since you will do the majority of the damage, you will earn a larger share of the losers purse.
So get paid Johnson!

Don’t listen to those who tell you to respawn, deal dmg Yada yada, that’s exactly what the whales want you to do so they can step on you and get easy cheap silver and resource, and the problem perpetuate...
If you can’t hunt the whales, at least you can starve them. Be smart, don’t feed them.

Take a pot shot with Hellburner and then stop spawning. Ditto they don't need the silver.
It doesn't matter to stay in champs, you're going there whether you like it or not
