"After a certain number of hits the bot's incoming damage increases ..." Does it mean that after landing a certain amount of rockets the enemy bot takes more damage like death mark?

It's not a certain number of rockets, it's mere chance, and it's pretty high.
But yes it would work just like death mark

I believe so, my sinister cryo is proving to let my redeemer kill people faster.

Doesn't work the same as lockdown. Number of rockets required reduces as you level the weapon, I believe it goes down to 5 hits but could be wrong about the specific number.

It's not like Deathmark but once you see that little snowflake symbol fill up the enemy takes more damage than usual.
When you start firing you see the snowflake icon. It fills up fairly rapidly. I only have the small version and I was suprised how well it works, even at low levels.

Rime (light), Cryo (medium) and Glacier (heavy) are rocket launchers that can freeze enemy robots after landing a certain number of rockets. Once the effect triggers, the target’s movement speed gets drastically reduced and its armor gets more fragile, causing a robot to receive more damage from all sources.By upgrading the weapons you increase their damage and reduce the number of rockets you need to land before triggering the effect. The effect’s strength remains the same across all levels. official notesHmm. Maybe I can't read after all. Or they edited this... At lv8 my cryo debuffs pretty quick. And that's just one.

I think the speed at which it freezes is lower also when the weapon type goes down. A Glacier will freeze (fill up snowflake) faster than a Rime, even if they rocket quantity that connects are equal. I'm not 100% sure about this but it seems that way using them and it would makes sense.

Yeah, they haven’t done a very good job of communicating these freeze weapons. Basics I get: shoot weapon, slows down enemy and makes armor more fragile when snowflake is full (I assume armor here = full bot HP an not jus physical shields) Details are almost intentionally vague: what is the percentage of fragility? Is “effect accumulation” percentage how fast the snowflake fills up or damage amplification (ex: 125% accumulation means 25% more damage from weapon?). How does amplification interact with damage reduction - 1:1 or some other convoluted way? Or is accumulation not related to damage amplification, which they say is uniform across all levels. Does that mean leveling up a weapon just outputs more damage and more quickly fills up the snowflake? I’ve watched a few official videos on freeze weapons but haven’t seen them cover real details on how these work.

You freeze them, then they take 20% more damage while frozen, and the accumulation is how fast the snowflake fills up.

Started upgrading the heavier version for my Ao Jun last night. Killer weapons.

That's the test server. Don't they often change stats before going live? warrobots.com/en/posts/303 Those are the actual update notes if it helps, and that was also the final test server than had them, I believe that was the final stats
