I noticed that when I start stumbling down a ramp like under the bridge on castle for example, if I turn my bot (camera) sideways it stops stumbling. I tested a few bots and if I walk down the ramp looking to the side I don't stumble. This seems to work with every bot I tested so I thought I would share.

Iβve checked this a lot with different robots on different maps. There are two things: the torso, and the legs. Turning the torso sideways but having the legs run straight down ramp does not resolve the issue. It is walking the legs at a diagonal or diagonally from side to side that allows all the mechs to walk or even dash smoothly down certain surfaces.
There are certain factors that impact this situation such as speed, the grade of the surface. Strider for example must either super dash or keep both its feet touching the surface to avoid running into the mid air invisible wall, and to go down certain ramps only walking or dashing at angles will resolve the stutter/skipping.
On Carrier for example, most robots, provided they are not going faster than a certain speed can easily walk down the uppermost ramps at each end without trouble, yet they tend to skip down the side ramps even at normal speed. Walking at an angle from side to side resolves that.
In some cases nothing will resolve it because of speed or the grade of the surface and how you departed the upper edge for the descent. In particular, a Pursuer typically has trouble on descents due to its bouncing Stroll. Using the angled walk can mitigate the issue somewhat but it is often quite challenging.
