I recently contacted Pixonic over an accidental purchase of a weapon which cost me 5000 gold and people told that if I contacted them within 24 hours which I did, I would get my gold back, but they still haven’t responded,how long will it take for them to respond?(I contacted them previously and it took 6 hours)

They do not work on the weekends......................... Normally it is within the same day for me but there have been times when I had to wait for them to catch up from the weekends or holidays. |
