3 Beacons. 1 on blue side, 1 on red side, 1 central.
Central beacon is surrounded by a cauldron, exactly like in DC. On opposing sides of the cauldron are the home beacons for each team. On both sides of each home beacon, sniper platforms with cover for reloading: the platforms see everything inside the cauldron. To the sides of the cauldron is solid wall, but there's enough space before that to sneak one bot's width through without going through the cauldron.
Game ends the instance one team has ALL THREE beacons, or has meched the other team out.
This can be played 1 vs 1 RM, 3 vs 3 RM, 3 vs 3 Clan, Regiment RM or Regiment Clan.
1 vs 1: No other rules, game should end from mech-out pretty quickly.
3 vs 3: Excellent for showing off team tactics -- one flanker, one brawler and one support.
Regiment: 3 vs 3, but players respawn only when the other team has possession of 2 or more beacons.

Central beacon should be protected by a moat, therefore only accessible to jump bots.
Sniper platforms could be a swinging pendulum to make shot timing more critical.
Land mines would be cool.
And zombie bots. Definitely zombie bots.

Seems like the leagues have largely made this the Blitz edition already.
