Anybody run them? Distance...reload time...damage...are we overlooking these for long-range sniper options?

I ran a long time. But with anciles everywhere, Flux is much better, not to mention damage. Invest in Flux.

Kang Daes suck since they buffed them range-wise to 600 meters.

I've been upgrading two to level 10. Just to see. Kinda get a kick out of killing something off from so far away with something under powered and not meta like a Nashorn

A Level 12 Mark ONE Flux does more damage per second than a Level 12 Mark TWO Nashorn. Even when the Flux "hiccups" during its reload time (that is, when it fires once a second after using up all of its charges)
Add to that the fact that the Flux can go through Anciles, and that it doesn't use all of its damage in one shot. If you try to fire a flux and find your shot hits a wall or a hill, you haven't wasted much ammunition. With a Nashorn, if your shot hits a wall or a hill, you have to wait 9 seconds
