Ok, this is a bit of a bummer (on top of everything else). If you have 20 components won from royale for example, and want to convert, it costs as much as if you converted 200 components.
It makes no sense to convert less than 200 components, ever.
As a result, it makes no sense to get those 20 component cards from Royale, unless you are actually planning to get that thing (in which case it might save you a day in WS making the components).
I am annoyed, because I have been keeping those 20 component cards in free Royale spins for conversion purposes. I suppose I've lost a few hundred keys and a mil of silver (because I got 20 components of whatever), so not a lot, but still annoying.
