To say the least, I’m pretty disappointedthat they messed with the economy that much, not to mention th conversion cost for stuff that matters (by that I mean relevant, nobody uses golems in higher leagues) I was actually hoping the new economy would be a tad better, although how do you feel about it?

I think that it is even worse..
I mean, converting 5k Bulgasari components to Blitz costs 25 million silver - that is outrageous.

This update has a lot of content and if players don't stay sharp about all the info, it's very easy to get lost in the mist and waste their hard earned silver on conversion.
My suggestion is stay out of conversation for now, sit and watch for feedbacks and adjustment, it's def not worth if you are missing thousands of parts of it. Be patient and responsible for your own silver bank, if its low then don't convert, save them for upgrade cost.
But do take advantage of the weapons that got discounted, especially Avengers, it's now a limited weapon that cost 2500 gold, so be grateful that we had them before with only 0.22x25= 5.5m, and now at 60m 17 days to finish. Upgrade at least a pair to lvl12, or MK12 so that you will be ready for any op bot with 2+ Heavy slot.

I think our dear Pixy lied through their teeth in the patch notes. Gepard is 250 Au, not Ag, but that's not it.
Lancelot is supposedly +100% cost. Fine and dandy, but my lvl 4 one shows 2m to level 5. And I'm pretty sure it was 400k before. At the very least 800k. Now, 800+800 does not equal 2000, at least not where I went to school.
Carnage and Rhino both NE, both show 400k for 4 to 5. Lancelot is 2 mils. 400 times two isn't equal to 2 mils.
Fun fact: Lancelot has equal upgrade price with Haechi and Bulgasari now.

The new upgrade times and costs look good. The new workshop is meh and the components conversion, for me at least, might as well have not been added.

400 component daily is gone. Was active for sub lvl. 30 players up until patch day. No more money for using the WS now.

Yeah I have 6000 blitz components but it costs so much to convert things and the WS practically got drop-kicked... it would take forever to get something like a bulgarshi |

It costs more than the old economy and it's harder and takes longer to obtain components. It looks like Pixonic is trying to pick my pockets again.

Prices just went up again. What really bugs me is that statement relating to items being 3 times faster to get when they brought in the new economy. The upgrade costs stayed and now we are back to where we were in terms of speed/cost of new acquisition.
As long as people keep paying RM following such changes Pix will keep on increasing the prices. And astonishingly people keep paying to get that advantage despite having to pay more for the same amount of advantage over time.

They should be half the time and half the cost for new economy.

Add a day here, 1.5Million there, they didn't say what levels the penalty is added to, or even that the Nerf would impact each level equally, only that the total time/cost was doubling. Merchandising doublespeak, in the same vein as "We're increasing honor points needed to open chests, and increasing overall payouts from chests as well" they never said the increase in rewards was going to be proportionate, which league of crates is getting boosts, or if all of the honor crate boosts would get buffs at all for their increased requirements. This kind of advertising is USA's bread and butter. Even though false advertising is illegal here, it only takes a few vague words or implications for the law to be completely moot against the practice. If there's one thing humans are good at, it's using statements/rules/laws to do the exact opposite of what those words imply to any non-psychotic or just plain ignorant individual. |
