Hey there! Have you ever grown tired of the ol' grind?* Have you ever taken time to stop and smell the burning radioactive metal?** Well this is the thread for you! For such a pay-to-win game, at least you can say that the developers ARE making sure to add as many tiny details as possible to their robots, weapons and maps! That's where you guys come in! What are the BEST tiny details you've noticed in War Robots (be weapons, robots or locations)? For example, this one was pointed out a little while back, maps like Rome and Shenzhen are canonically contained within a massive dome to protect them from nuclear fallout. If you look at the map's skyboxes, you can see a dome in the distance, almost as if you're within it. It's the little things that count. Share your favorite details! :-) *Grind meaning "grinding enemies into dust" or "getting grinded on by Pic's economy". Take your pick.
**I do not recommend inhaling radioactive particles or any other substance.

Another example: Bulwark winning "robot of the year" (or whatever it says) at the museum in Rome. I don't need to provide a photo, you guys probably know what I'm talking about.

In Rome, there are buildings that have HVAC units on the side and the fans on those are spinning, which also aligns to the green grass and bright skies, indicating it is summer and AC is needed.

Wait, I just realized something- Is it possible for IOS to have MM with Android? I might have battled you a long time ago. I like the little UFO on canyon.

I always figured the giant dome was to contain the giant, violent robots to one area.

I have always enjoyed the sound details - the Coyotes in Canyon, the wind in Yamantau or the rusty creak of a reloading Trident.
Many of us know that if you're on the lower level of that two level bridge in Castle it's like a huge echo chamber. Yesterday I discovered if you take out an enemy there you get a very echoed "Kill!"
All these are little details the designers could have easily skipped and nobody would have called them out on it. Nice work!

The designers seem to actually be smarter than the main managers of Pixonic.

I like using 3D View and looking at the Robots for access hatches and cockpit areas.
Sometimes I envision what the Meks Cockpits look like and how many crew members specific Robots hafe--if any at all!
I envision the Dash Robots as not really having "pilots" and instead are controlled by AI or Remotely, like drones by pilots safe within a bunker... Maybe even with an IPad or otherwise with a phone and or Tablet type device!

-Street signs in Springfield -There are advertisments on bus stops on Shenzen. They advertise... War Robots! -Some component weapons have their names on themselves, such as Scourge (there was more, but I forgot. Flux?) -Working helicopter in Powerplant -Small Zeus cannons on Carrier (they are above the main field on those metal platforms) -You can hear human voice saying something through speakers in Powerplant -During 3D view of your bot in hangar, there are sometimes other bots walking around -Music in Rome, not only in Colosseum, but also near one certain building near beacon D (or B, I mean the one with lots of bulding under orange flying ad) -There was special topic on this forum about texts on streetsigns in Deadcity -You can see Earth from the Moon (that's the only not simetric thing on this map)

I've seen the Zeus anti-aircraft guns, and lastly the robots walking around during the normal 3D robot view are always weaponless Furies. Little details :-)

Some maps more than others have different types of markings or features on the ground or floors that are there for a reason, they are visual cues to assist you in gauging distances in hopping to the nearest structure.
Back when Cossacks and Rogs were the kings of mobility I noticed this and started paying more attention to them to help me nail my jumps. These painted lines, stripes, vents, etc... are there for a reason, they were designed into the game.

The helicopters behind the berms on Power Plant with their rotors spinning, found them back in 2016. I remember the billboards in Shenzhen advertising the Moon colony before the Moon map was released. During Christmas there was a gingerbread house way way out at the edge of Yamantau and a haunted house at Halloween. Found them:

The designers seem to actually be smarter than the main managers of Pixonic. This has been the case for quite a while. If it wasn't for the coolness factor of the game, it would have been shelved by many of us long ago. The decision makers at pixonic don't realize that their 「dookie」 for brains management has luckily been offset by amazing designers. I've always loved the weapon animation. They go the extra mile with detailed firing and reloading graphics.

Google "Victor XM-715 Bomber" Looks familiar don't it?

Wear good headphones and use a Hover to land on top of it - you can hear it's loudest when you're next to the floating sign.
