4 Zenits, never ended rain of fire. Anti sniper and anti homing missile. Good to strip Ancile from Fujin.

From my understanding the only loadout that's better on the Butch than the Fury is Trebs because their reload kind of matches with the cooldown of the Butch's quickdraw ability.

Yeah, you're going to want to run trebs. It's not a bad bot with trebs on it.
I'm always getting duped into walking out of cover by a damn butch because you don't see them as much anymore.

Butch has had it's heyday come and go... but like was said it is still quite the treb platform. Yes the cooldown on the ability matches perfectly with the Trebs charging so that you can shoot 4 and they will recharge fully close to when the switch cooldown ends. But... upgrading them far enough to do the damage you want takes a commitment to sniping that I just don't have. In lower leagues you can prolly afford to play around with the weapons and it will still offer a bit of utility. When it first came out there were plenty of variations that you could probably emulate in today's Silver league... maybe Gold, and still do OK. For example:
One might be set to cover different ranges like Tempests (Ideally 700m to 400m) on one set of arms and Avengers (0 - 500m) on the other. Or, Zeus on one set and Redeemer on the other if you were trying to stay all plasma. Maybe instead of variable ranges you want to stay at the MR-ish range and have an answer to both types of shield... Tridents or Avengers on one set for Physical Shields and Zeus/Dragoon on the other for Ancile shields. Avengers could also do a job on Anciles so could pull double duty.
-------------------------------------
It's not ideal for progression in the leagues and shouldn't be upgraded (or even used) if that is your only goal... but if you aren't worried about the best bot you can get and just want to have fun it's got some options.... although I would stop leveling at 6 unless you want to take it up into higher leagues. I prefer Fury for Heavies in the early stages of the game, personally, (maybe even a Natty since its extra weapons, even though they are light, are always available...) over the Butch... but it's deffo an interesting bot to play and will help you develop skills using cover and flanking and situational awareness to try and keep it alive. It won't last in the open... you have to play it smartly.
Hell... if you are decent at Zenits it's really not a bad bot for them... but prepare for a lot of Blue hate. Many folks will push a Zenit bot into Red's line of fire or off into the ocean on Carrier to kill you. Some may grief you and stand in your face and shoot you to disrupt your play.
Basically, no matter what weapon you use... avoid sitting in one spot. Camping is annoying. Backpack instead... change shooting positions and try to get to the best spots to support your team. Hell... you can even look for good opportunities to steal beacons on Dom... I do it in a Fury whenever I can.
If I were you, OP, and the decision was made to go ahead and play it, according to your hangar, I would run Zeus and Thunder... with Zeus getting the priority of play time and set on the arms that sit the highest on the bot to be able to utilize cover. Thunder would either be used for last ditch self defense or for hammering at Anciles to pop those bubbles for your teammates. Otherwise... figure out what role you want it to play and get the weapons that best allow that to happen.
IMO, YMMV

I like running two sniper weapons and two brawler weapons. So I fire with my trebs, and then when the enemy feels safe to rush me, I whip out my avengers!

Just remember to go 100 m back, then 100 m forth, then repeat. I saw Butch with Zeus/Tridents... depending on type of the enemy you can switch to the right weapon. Can be nice

I run Trebs and Thunders. A little surprise for anyone who wants to get close to the helpless long range sniper.
Eventually I will replace Butch with Fury. I have the Fury but I'm still grinding out the Fluxes I need.

Don't think about how to fit in a bot you think is cool. Think about how you're going to use your whole hangar. Do you have something to chase beacons? Do you have something for close range banging? Do you have something for mid range? Do you have something that just puts out a megaton of damage but might be a little squishy? Looking at your hangar I have no idea where you would work in another butch for what butch is good at. You need another brawler... butch ain't it.
