Oh and then theres the learning curve somewhere in between aphid and hydras where u get your 「bum-bum」 pummeled to death by orkans cause everyone else will have them and you won't have any but maybe 1!

Me thinks this looks like a Rant, so has been moved.

Things that will get you over this hump:

1) Level your weapons to 7-8.
2) Level your robots to 7-8, eventually 9
3) Learn what threats are active at what ranges (and stay out of most of them if you're using Zeus/Punisher/Molot/etc)
4) Pay more attention to where ALL the opposing robots are, not just the one you're hunting/focused on
5) Cover. Learn where you can advance to safely, and how to make buildings eat some of those missiles.

I went through it, and don't have as much trouble from most missiles anymore (this doesn't mean every so often something jumping up and biting me in the butt doesn't happen)

You're in the part of the game where you actually have to learn where the tactical positions are on each map. I learned a lot from watching the rest of matches after racking out.

anyway OP i'd suggest just grabbing a cossack/stalker/gareth and doing the capping yourself. pulling the most beacons vs getting the most damage gives you just as much gold out of the game, plus you increase your chance of winning and getting *some* gold is better than getting *no* gold, so just cap the hell out of the beacons and you'll be g o o d
