 A thread to be updated as I take my little guy on a conquest to kill every single bot in the War Robots hanger. Kinda like Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe, but with a Stalker. I'll provide photos when I get them, and attempt to update this regularly. For now, here's a photo of my little guy! I call him John. Soon you will know him as the Terminator.  He's already killed an full health Orkan Kumiho. No, I didn't take a photo. I will from now on, and post them here. The (hit)list begins:LIGHT ROBOTS: Cossack Destrier Gepard ? Schutze (confirmed Sept 18th, 2018. Actually killed way earlier and I forgot to add the image.)  ? Gareth (confirmed June 19th, 2018. Once I got behind the shield it was a piece of cake.)  Stalker ? Jesse (confirmed June 19th, 2018. Had to crop because my volume menu was in the way. Oh well.)  Mender
MEDIUM ROBOTS: ? Vityaz (confirmed Sept 17th, 2018. You're playing in Gold Tier. Why? Just why? It's suicide!  ? Golem (confirmed June 24th, 2018. What the almighty heck am I looking at? Still not 100% sure it's a Golem... I think it is.)  ? Gl. Patton (confirmed June 18th, 2018. His aphids could not save him.  Rogatka Boa Galahad ? Carnage (confirmed June 19th, 2018. Oh, Kang Dae Carnage. Kang-Darnage? Why did you even exist?)  ? Fujin (confirmed June 18th, 2018. No energy shield could stop me.)  ? Doc (Confirmed June 23rd, 2018. Tried hitting me in stealth. Couldn't reload in time.)  ? Kumiho (confirmed June 22nd, 2018. Kumihos are my second-favorite bot to kill, besides Griffins. They panic. A lot.)  Haechi (confirmed June 23rd, 2018. Ah, Haechi. Not so tough without a fully charged Ancile, eh? Think twice next time.)  ? Bulgasari (confirmed June 17th 2018, after I got shunted into LPQ for skipping KOTH matches. Oops.)  ? Inquisitor (confirmed June 23rd, 2018. My toughest kill yet.)  ? Hover (confirmed June 20th, 2018. Turns out shotguns really ARE effective at birdhunting!)  Strider ? Spectre (confirmed June 23rd, 2018. Ah, the almighty Spectre. Kinda fragile, if you use it wrong.)  Hellburner Mercury ? Pursuer (confirmed June 23rd, 2018. My nemesis... murdered at full health. Thanks to an ill-timed leap off a platform I was able to get the hits in to kill him off. This goes to show that no matter the price tag, any robot can accomplish anything - with a good enough pilot and enough patience.)  Raven Bulwark Falcon HEAVY ROBOTS: ? Leo (confirmed June 17th 2018. A new, better quality photo than the one originally posted. Leos are surprisingly hard to kill.)  ? Fury (confirmed June 23rd, 2018. Slow reload AND slow movement? It was only a matter of time.)  Lancelot ? Griffin (confirmed June 18th, 2018. I couldn't screenshot the "kill" banner, but I assure you it's mine.)  ? Natasha (confirmed June 18th, 2018. Zenits and Noricums? Puh-leaze. This week I killed a Bulgasari with my Stalker. I was so proud of the little guy!
I just followed him around and lobbed Aphids at him. I think I annoyed him to death.

I've killed everything including spec ork's in a straight up 1v1 with stalker, I've also been killed by everything in a stalker.

Stalker can absolutely kill any bot given the right variables ... I think I've taken down most types of bot in them (not boasting, I'd say most of the formites have).
Gusts are my preferred weapon.
If you REALLY must kill that one annoying bot then gust Stalker will give you the means.
It usually dies pretty quickly afterwards though :/

It's a beautiful setup, that is unfortunately just a little bit underpowered. If you can sneak up on an opponent that's not watching then you'll get it every time. But if you're up against good players, it lacks just a few seconds of stealth or a bit of firepower. So unless the Gusts are 1-2 levels higher than the enemy robot, a good Lance or even Leo can give you a lot of trouble (if it's a brawler setup). |

It's a beautiful setup, that is unfortunately just a little bit underpowered. If you can sneak up on an opponent that's not watching then you'll get it every time. But if you're up against good players, it lacks just a few seconds of stealth or a bit of firepower. So unless the Gusts are 1-2 levels higher than the enemy robot, a good Lance or even Leo can give you a lot of trouble (if it's a brawler setup). How it usually goes for me: Versus any low silver-costing bot - can take out 2-3 before death (six, once, when I ambushed Griffins in a crazy run falling off the top of the Dreadnought into a weakened pack) Versus any gold bot - One to two, especially shielded bots. Ancillot is my nightmare, and might be an even bigger kill to me than the Dash bots. Fury is easier, and I can take out two or three if they're long-range equipped (love those Zenit snipers). Versus any wsp bots - one, on average. A Fujin I can kill, when I'm close (if I dodge the inevitable Taran-ing or Orkan-ing), but it takes most of my HP to do one, so I usually avoid it. Rhinos are cake when they're distracted - it's easier to kill them in Rush mode. (I love the shields going up and down in panic!) The hardest to kill would be Raijin or Carnage - Carnage's shield (especially Thunder models) make it tough, and damaging as soon as my Stealth runs out, and sometimes even before, considering the angle. I can sometimes get one before I die. Raijin is like eating an elephant - run in, Stealth, strafe, take out usually a quarter of health. Rinse, repeat. Or I'll lure it towards someone with Orkans and just steal the kill. ;-) Lastly, component bots. I have easily killed two Orkan Kumihos by playing smart, but it's very tricky. Involved a LOT of hiding behind buildings to avoid splash damage. Open maps are impossible, which is why it happened on Shenzhen. -Never killed a Bulgasari, never tried. -In one of my proudest moments I took out half the hp of a Haechi - a tanker, no less. We're talking Level 11 bot, Scourges, the works. He was distracted by a friendly DB Griffin, and as the pretty Orkans splashed off his shield I ran from cover into that blue bubble, chip chip chipping away with my Gusts. He was down a quarter of his health before he realized, and Stealth bought me the time to take another quarter before he melted me. Hovers are fun - ambush them just after they land and they're all yours - provided you can kill them before they fly away. -Never killed an Inquisitor, but not for lack of trying. -Never seen a Pursuer, Bulwark, Falcon, etc... Basically any non-mentioned component bots I've never seen in a live game. That's my take! |

Of the dashes Haechi is the easiest to take out with Gust Stalker.
I run one on my smurf and not having a very great success with it, but he has his moments. I accidentally leveled him above level 9 mark.

This was one of my favorite builds in one of my smurf accounts that was lucky enough to score a couple of gusts. It particularly liked to shred up Griffins, but it was also fun sneaking inside Fujin shields and watch them lose their ?dookie? while I chewed them up while stealthed. Nice job taking down the Leo -- those things seem to have an endless supply of health.

My 6/6 Gust Stalker has taken out more than one Inquisitor in Android Gold III. I've severely damaged more than one Bulgi, and a few Haechis. Can't remember if I've taken down a Bulgi or a Haechi solo, but I've taken down more than one Kumi solo. Personally, I don't care who gets the kill as long as blue team wins and there are a few Au next to my name when the scores are posted.

Bulg's aint' to hard with a gust stalker.
Come up behind them... otherwise fi they see you don't panic just wait for them to come to you around cover.
Usually they'll burn theri dashes trying to pop out of the corner and tag you.. anticplate when they get to about 75m.. once they do hit your stealth, goto town, if they have ST or Scourge make sure to do ring around the rosie in an attempt to break their lock-on once stealth wears off. you would think they massive shield would buy them protection but for some reason it never does.
Bulg is slow without dash so there is no getting away and no ancile means there is nothing to chew thru or by pass..
They really ain't so tough.

Definitely a fun setup. Really challenges your patience. Mine is level 8's all around and still can wreak havoc especially if you can get behind spawn. Most just think the damage is coming from in front until it's too late.
Has anyone noticed that with the lag, the stealth time has been effectively nerfed by a fair amount? Seems that they still get lock even after that 2nd or two. I've noticed it on Inquisitor too. I've been counting to 3 before leaving cover which basically cuts the stealth in half. It would be really helpful if they could extend the stealth a couple seconds without being OP.

Stalker is fun little bot. But of course Pixo had to one-up it with pursuer. Then you'll have 'chaser': 2 light, one medium weapon and capable of hitting 150 kph. And on and on we go.

Some battles are harder than others. Like this one. My poor Stalker had his kill stolen from him by an Aphid Magnum Patton (what a combo! What was this guy THINKING!?). It was a Vityaz, too. Ludicrously rare in Silver One. It was tempting to take credit anyway, but...no. I'll do this legit.  Poor guy won't do well in certain senarios. I hate KOTH. He does, too.  Sweet dreams, little killbot. At least the battle moved me up to Gold League.  |
