Whats your Mech deployment order?

I have:
2x TO Boas
quadmag Patton
Taran Cossack
(All 4/6, in process to 4/7)

Except on Canyon (or occasionally on Yamantau) the Boas are always first. The Cossack is never first and only VERY rarely sooner than my 3rd bot.

It is always tricky playing solo because you just can't expect that someone will get both side beacons. For a while I was starting with my boa and heading straight for the centre beacon. Because it is still quite slow at lvl 4, starting it later can be a frustrating walk to the front line. But recently I have been starting with a Orkan Rog and racing for centre to either cap and run or (especially on Yam) try and hold centre long enough for support to arrive. Second is usually my aphid gep which works quite well at getting back into action quickly and harassing the slower bots that are usually distracted or engaged by the time I get into position, or can head for a side beacon that has been missed, taken or is under threat.

However I generally change my setup regularly as I get a bit bored doing the same thing over and over.

Nobody cares what a Gep/Rog hangar does, we just want them dead.

She usually started with her Boa... and her hanger changes.  Sounds like she was giving her perfectly LEGIT opinion on the OP's question...

And at the risk of being ridiculed for sharing my opinion like the OP asked, like Dethilt said, it depends on the map and what bots I see drop (if you can see them before you choose your own), but 9 times out of 10 it is the Gareth.  I almost always have to get the side beacons since they will usually get ignored by the other light bots in favor of the center, and the snipers usually don't bother with the beacons.  I like the Gareth because even if all the beacons are handled, I still have enough firepower to do a bit of good, and with careful use of the shield can withstand several 1v1 attacks before the shield is gone or I get ganged up on and outflanked.  IF a powerful DB gets a line on me I can disengage the shield and back off but only if I see it coming... all that means that if I do have to go to center, then I will usually be able to hold it long enough for the slower muscle to get there... then can either back off or act like the stinging wasp that stings the knifefighter's knife hand

Then it varies according to whats on the field, but usually the order I have them in the hanger is the order I deploy them... makes it easier to just click and go.  A very heavy knife fighter is usually 2nd, then 2 medium battlefield managers, then mid/long range is last.  If I see a need I will pick the ranged bot at any time... but usually it stays last as a last ditch Hail Mary play.

I haven't tried starting with mid-range on shenzhen. That's actually not a bad idea.

First bot: Depends on daily task or who I'm platooning with
Next 4 bots: Depends how the battle is developing

In my low silver hangar, I try to use my Taran Rog and Mag Gep last. I feel a bit less clubby that way.

In my gold hangar, Galahad usually goes last because I want something fast in case I need to chase down beacons to save the battle. But if early on I see a lot of Griffins, this might come out earlier.

So it still depends.

Fairly standard for me to roll my Tri Fury on a large map (Shenzen, Yama, Canyon, Springfield) and Ork Thunder Lance on PP and DC to open.

All depends on the state of the fight/spawn location as to what I'll drop after. If blues are getting spawn raided or spawn beacons are being turned, another Lance rolls out. If blues have extended and are pushing into red territory, a Rhino.

Not always the case, but it's (more often than not) the normal order I roll out.

Mag Gep, then mag gep, then mag gep, then mag gep and finally mag gep.

On a serious note, depending on maps I like to go for my galahad first to cap beacons and then depending on opponent/map will either have a fury or lancelot after that. Will only bring out pbd griffin at the end assuming opponents have depleted their shield bots.

It really all depends on what opponents generally have at one point - majority shield or non shield bots/range and you variate base on that to counter them.

I don't think we would throw tomatoes at a Pinata Gep, especially if you just run 1. I think that's perfectly acceptable. I run a *single* MagGep but I never bring it out first. I'm not sure if that's because I find it better to keep in-case of emergency or if subconsciously I can feel the eyes rolling at me when we all drop together, like your that 40 year old man showing up with his hot, 23 yr old girlfriend at his daughter's birthday party...

I have 2 Gepards in my low silver hangar - one Pinata and one Mag. I used to open with the Pinata Gep, but lately I find more britbots in low silver. I decided one battle to start with the Mag Gep instead. I was platooning with a couple of other Wikllings, and we all started with the Mag Gep, and I thought, "oh no, we look like a clubbing clan"   Never did that again.

Not sure if farming for gold or silver affects Deployment order. What it affects for me is how many beacons I capture. If I'm farming gold, I cap as many as I can so that 1. I get the beacon bonus and 2. the battle ends faster. For silver, I just capture enough to win (or none at all if my teammates are doing well enough) because I want the battle to drag on so I can get the most damage.

4-slot hangar running around in low bronze (I think), just hit level 20 today.

I usually start with 1-2 of my 2/5 Thunderschutzes, getting beacons and doing as much as possible before I die, then when I see a bunch of weakened bots reasonably in range from spawn, switch to my 2/5 Kang-Dae/Molot Vityaz and snipe those off.

Let the tomato tossing begin:

1- mag gep to grab as many beacons as possible
2- golem
3- leo
4- 2 geps in reserve for those end of game beacons

Tomatoes tossed lightly.
