I'd put money on strider or maybe they will really cheap out and go with hover.

I think they will do the Raven. It's a new bot that isn't overpowered. I doubt many people will use resources to purchase this bot, so the supply drop would be a good way to get them into circulation.

Pursuer, Hellburner, or Mercury would be a pleasant surprise. Raven would be alright but I hope it isn’t a Hover. Granted, the Bulgasari or Haechi would probably be a bigger benefit to the majority of players (Masters and below). 

Mechanics-wise, we have gotten a dash bot and a jump/stealth bot, both which are several months old. We're getting a Tempest for rewards. I highly doubt we'll get anything new because of how Pixonic loves using time-gates to get people to spend for access.

On the other hand, Pix is willing to dole out components for something as powerful as the Inquisitor at lower components per drop. I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that Pixonic will continue this trend where you'll get most, but not all, of a bot to get you to spend smaller amounts to finish the bots. This way, they don't totally devalue the bot for the whales, and makes it possible to combine smaller spend and activity-based time to get a bot. Research demonstrates that people are more willing to comply with fixed ratio reward systems if there's a small boost given to them. If this is the tactic they've decided on, they'll put the Mercury out and maybe make it so that most players, based on league, will only get half of the bot from supply drops. They'll call it an incentive to go higher in leagues as well as a boost for players to get new content, as positive PR and "listening".

All speculation, though, so please don't take this too seriously.
