So my final straw is breaking. Game after game of clans like the new IC (BMF) spending thousand and playing on computers using big screens and gaming mice killing me.
Yes I just played Big JJ and friends. I run Solo normally and all I get is squads of whales on computers to go against most the time.
Once again Pix's fault they know what device we are using they sure as sh$t know these people are on emulators. They should put them with the gameroom people! You know others on big screens with mice and keyboards.
A few games from uninstall I am as the game is not fun anymore 90% of the time especially with lop sided BS Mobile Vs Desktop give me a break.........
OK rant off, time for a break to do something that doesn't piss me off.
Thanks for a place to vent!

...
Now you're gonna rag on people for playing on PC?
Just so you know, playing on PC is somewhat challenging as well compared to phones, particularly the movement joystick. Most emulators are buggy too and take up too much GPU/RAM

I've played it some in bluestacks, it's fun. But honestly there's so many better games to play on a desktop like this one, like mechwarrior online.

While i'm lightyears away from the whales, I guess i'm part of the problem too. I've been using an emulator for six months now and it has definitely pushed me up. On the other hand, people can also buy advantage with things like this:

The main advantage I see using a computer is a big screen and mouse. I cant even see what I am shooting at with my Trebs many times on my phone and as for aiming a mouse is the bees knees.

I actually have this problem with FPS games on my TV, like Call of Duty or Halo. There's too much bloody information for my eyes to see and my brain to process. Yeah, it may sound weird, but my son runs circles around me when we play because I simply cannot see/track him. It's too bloody fast.

It's an android game. If you've got an android environment, you're good to go. Even if I'm not using PC, I can use an obscenely large tablet or stream in a big screen- the possibilities are endless. Anyway, it's not a mobile game.

Android is an OS. So, basically let's say...application X is Android application means it can run on any device that has the android OS. Can be a computer, a phone or a tablet. Next, let's say Game Y is a mobile application: means for one reason or another it can be run only on mobile. So, one is grouping applications by compatible device, another is grouping applications by compatible OS.

What if the hell do you think Android was made for and the game came out for IOS first can you play it on a I mac? Anyhow have a good day. Yes its a operating system....... The version history of the Android mobile operating system began with the public release of the Android beta in November 5, 2007. The first commercial version, Android 1.0, was released in September 2008. Android is continually developed by Google and the Open Handset Alliance, and it has seen a number of updates to its base operating system since the initial release.

So at least one of the A holes I was pissed at and made me rant to begin with were caught by pix Gold flooding. I knew that all these clowns out there did not spend all that money for real.
While I am glad that one who was caught has admitted it and supposedly has to pay back the Gold, a two day ban and he still has MK2 and new OP gear makes me pissed still. How many months did these clowns ruin others experience while YouTubing how great they are!
When they catch these people they need to be banned for good or at the least lose all their OP MK2 gear IMO. I hope many more go down!
As for the You Tuber who admitted it at least he is being honest now.

I use the Memu Android emulator on my PC from time to time. Yes, big screen, 32". But my PC is not a dedicated gaming rig. At certain times the lag is incredibly bad so I only use it at certain times when there is less traffic on my local server. It's different and can have certain advantages, especially against those damn dash bots at close range. Dash you little 「fluffernutter」ers, I'll still nail the 「dookie」 out of you and do it on target the whole time!

Its all good I was just tired of matchmaker placing me against full squads of the MK2 maxed guys on big screens filling up You Tube with how great they were. Like a teenager bragging he beat up a 5 year old. Gimme your lunch money!!! Then I found out they had some Gold Loaders as well hahahahahah oh yes such a proud and honorable clan. Pixonic has truly allowed this game to go to crap IMO. Good luck and happy hunting no ill will toward you emulator guys just the entire situation sucked arse and I needed to vent. Peace out.

And this time I held them for 3/4 of the match on Yamo. My team did not stand a chance. I had a blast killing them until most my team was dead and they swarmed me.

Good effort mate against overpowered opposition though

BigJJ's Triple MK2 Dragoons were the only thing I could not work around on their team. Don't even get me started on Pixonic and their lack of caring about players. I did send them a nice email on this though hahahah

Pix loves Whales and give them carte Blanche .we peons don't count. If it wasn't for my clan I'd seriously consider uninstalling. I do a lot of solo play for collecting Ag to upgrade and Pix couldn't care less about the honest players that can't afford to spend the kids college fund on $300 bots and $120 weapons .BTW what difference does playing on big screen make other than maybe seeing better? What's goldloader? I don't know all the terminology and lingo, lol

Big Screen and a mouse is a like driving a Porche instead of a Pinto.I cant even see what I shoot my Trebs at many times heheh
I have clan members who will get off their phones and jump on the PC, their damage jumps almost 200,000 per game instantly NO JOKE!
Really though my issue was with all the OP gear especially now that I know they gamed the system to get it adding the big screens and mice is icing on the cake.

kevmac as a long time fps player my aim is a lot faster and much more precise using a mouse compared to a phone or a tablet. With regards to big screens etc, as an example when fighting Lances with plasma you can bypass their shield by hitting them in the shoulder. That is a lot easier to achieve when every pixel is blown up in big size. The difference between emulator and phone/tablet is huge imo

My question is if this, If it's an advantage why doesn't everyone do this?I'd look into it if plausible but I bought a game controller figuring it would help but it is somewhat janky. I'm always interested in making the game easier with my old guy eyesight and reflexes.btw I deplore tankers and whales on principle.

Honestly if I was going to play on a PC there are better games out there i would be playing.

That is a lot easier to achieve when every pixel is blown up in big size. The difference between emulator and phone/tablet is huge imo I'd imagine a high quality tablet would be much better than PC... Never played on tablet so not sure. The thing with War Robots is, the robot torso still turns at certain, fairly low speed. So while you can look around quickly, you can't shoot around quite as quickly... Also takes some getting used to after typical PC FPS with near-instant turning. Also having only 8 (easy) directions to walk to is annoying after getting used to free walking direction of a phone. Not disputing your overall point, there is still an advantage, just pointing out that War Robots on PC (including FBGR) is not exactly the same as a true PC FPS on PC, controls-wise. Too bad FBGR version does not support a game pad.

Yes movement using WASD (or WAXD in my case) is very clunky and you get stuck making stupid small ballerina sideways steps at times. But imo mouse is unparalleled in keeping the aim dead true on a bot through jump, dashes and all kinds of shenanigans. I alternate between emulator and phone. When the kid is asleep I can play some on my laptop using emulator. Otherwise it's on my phone, however it is an old Samsung S5 Neo so framerate is a definite issue especially in rocket heavy firefights. Just ordered a Tab S3 today so I am looking forward to see whether that is superior or at least equal to the emulator.

On the other hand, people can also buy advantage with things like this: I am very tech stupid could you explain an "emulator "? It's just a program for PC that emulates the android OS. You install apps just like you would on your phone. In-game you map controls to your keyboard and mouse. As others have said, movement may be weird, but targetting with a mouse gives you a very big advantage. The difference is huge. I don't consider myself an amazing player but playing with an emulator, I am able to compete in Champions with a 9/10 hangar.
