I can't stand the current squadding system. IT SUCKS! There is no good way to squad with friends or clan mates without being on discord or some other voice chat. The text chat in clan in iffy at best. Maybe there will be some one or maybe not. You can sit and wait or battle and hope someone in your clan responds. Or you can sit there randomly inviting people in hopes that they are not in battle or squadded all ready. An in battle notice that someone saw your request for invite and wants to squad with you would be helpful. Being able to chat with out of clan friends would be awesome. Or how about a simple way to see what your clan mates and friends are doing. You know stuff like are they squadded, are they in battle. Or are they soloing and want to be left alone. You know simple 「dookie」 like that.

Are there any mobile games that you know of that offers in game voice chat?
I only know of PC games that do that.
If you are talking about a global chat, I’m so glad they don’t have one. I don’t need to see juvenile teens and immature adults cussing each other out and getting into pissing contests.

My problem is that I have moved up leagues faster than the rest of my clan and so whenever I squad with them we would loose because the reds are at my level. I don't want to leave my clan but I can't play with them either. Frustrating

It also had the ability to mute any individual users as there were several annoying players who persisted in playing their prepubescent music as loudly as possible in the background. Also, some of their moms have a voice like a banshee....

I agree, squads should be improved. "Online" and "Offline" is not enough - there should be also "already in squad", "currently playing match".
Not to mention ability to add players by their ID, as it is in custom games.

Although if we can know if a person is in battle and in squad or not would be great. They should make it visible for clan peeps & friends atleast.

Most folks use Discord while playing RoS in squad.

I'm sorry but, you totally missed the point.

Could be as simple as only show friends list as green if they are not in squad or in game.

I play Rules of Survival. It doesn't. Most folks use Discord while playing RoS in squad. I thought that microphone symbol was for ingame voice chat as free fire have same symbol with which you can talk with your squad mates/friends when playing. Free fire is same as rules of survival but low graphics and rules of survival is little more realistic compared to free fire.

Aside from the crap squading methods the end game points suck too. I am usually gaining 9-13 points a game. I run at #1 or 2 in the damage/kills but when in squads, if we lose, I get -2 when in #2 position.「whiskey tango foxtrot」? I get the second most damage and kills on my team and go negative for my league points? something very wrong here!!

darkknightLOL. I thought it was so you could should bird calls in game to distract folks. Since you can hear footsteps and all that jazz. But from most of the pro RoS players I know, they usually use LINE or Discord instead. Perhaps there's too much lag? Or it's better to comm on a separate device?

Actually sometimes voice overlaps when firing. I mean when microphone is on and a team mate is firing then you can hear it. So many times a player mistakes it that some enemy near him is firing and he tries to leave his safe spot unless he can see his team mate firing . Many times a player makes mistake due to it and gets killed . So in a way it’s not Good but at the same time if I spot some enemy next to my team mate I can tell him instantly and he can hide or fire which takes some time in line /discord( you gotta write in device next to you which takes some sec and if team mate is unaware he might get killed). But usually most of the pro stick together so it isn’t a prob ,so they’d use discord/line . Well just a guess as I just installed game 2-3 days ago and rarely play it due to work .

Actually I meant Voice Comms on LINE or Discord. Cos it also means other folks can join in as well. I so far prefer LINE voice comms for War Robots or RoS compared to Discord. but that's personal preference. That being said, I'm still proven wrong that voice chat isnt viable for War Robots.

How about red dot: offline Green dot: online and available to squad Blue dot: in a game And how about your squad invite popping up when the player is back in his hangar or squad screen so they at least know you tried squadding with them.. I think that would solve most of my squadding woes

A color coded notification system would be great. Red = in a battle, yellow = waiting for others to join a squad, green = available for invitation. What I would also like to see is the capability to voice chat with members on your squad. This may bring about better team play. Communication is key to team play and this feature would make the game more enjoyable. You would be able to coordinate attack plans which is essential to winning matches or capturing beacons.
