I want to purchase Fujin from the store but I do not know how to. At the bottom of the screen is displayed a lock symbol and level 20, not "Buy". What needs to be done for me to get it? Appreciate your assistance with this.

you need to get your account up to level 20.
That opens the workshop up which makes WSP. Fujin are bought with WSP.

It means the fujin is not accessible until you reach level 20.
