Just a bit of a fun with the release of the hangar decks. I have always been on the esoteric side with my choices.
I have a lot of stuff levelled to the same approximate level and I was really really struggling to fill out 10 bots: Most of these are level 9 bots with equipment between level 9 and 11.
Deck one - Rocket Heavy

I had a similar thread a while ago: war-robots-forum.freeforums.net/post/204959/threadin a search for a hangar that works in all situations, I upgraded quite a lot of stuff to lvl10. basically my current hangar (CQ support) tends to have harder time in Domination on larger maps, filled with snipers. so I plan to build an anti-sniper hangar as the second one, hangar1 (for smaller map): Ork Doc, (Taran) Rog, Thunder Carn, Stuka or DB Griff, Plasma Rhino, hangar2 (for larger map, anti-sniper setup): Molot (Galahad or Griff) Punisher Galahad, Zeus Carn (or Raijin), RDB Griff, Mag Stalker (Hellfire or DB Rhino), (those in parentheses require either newly buying or leveling) (I am pledged not to have a Lance in my hangar long time ago. but with all the Kbots plus, I may break the oath and add one to the second hangar? I will have to buy/upgrade a Rhino (Stalker placeholder until the Rhino ready), another pair of Orkans, and a Taran. and upgrade a Galahad sitting in the store. I also have a level 1 Raijin from the last event, which may replace the Zeus Carn. I am also about to get my first Tempest, so a Temp-Molot/Pun Leo may be also interesting, |

I cannot. I cant see a benefit when my main 5 are clearly superior to the rest in most situations. Dont have the resources to expand and create an alternate hanger. Especially when considering the larger benefit derived from upgrading my main battle hanger.

or to put my kid's preferred bot so he won't messed around with my main hangar anymore.

I could fill 2 decks, but I would be stretching my weapons supply.
I must field both of my Leos so that I can use my spare Magnums, And I'll have to field my Sniper weapons as well.

That was exactly my issue. Used a leo to use up some of my stockpile of level 9 magnums (along with the pair on the galahad). |

I could fill maybe 10 hangar decks. Bot and weapons levels would begin to suffer after seven or so though.

Just to add, extra hangar still relevant with all new bots that coming up. Dashes, inquisitor, hover, hellburner and so on in the future. And you can get it free through component offer. The only real problem is on weapon where we need whole new set.
An extra hangar is good. But 2 or more extra hangar looks excessive. But if bots and weapon can be shared between hangar then it will be useful to have many of them. This will boost hangar sales too! win-win situation for both party.

I couldn't. I could fill one deck with 12/12 bots. The 2nd deck would have 12, 11, two level 8, and I'd have to use a level 6 bot to fill the last slot. Weapons in the 2nd deck would be quite a bit below the bot levels.

I don't even remember when I bought them, granted it was at least a year ago. It was just the thing back then. before the medium weapon meta magnums were a good thing to have. I hate the fact that I have 6 of them leveled to at least 9. That's weeks of upgrade time. I rarely use any more than 3. |

I think additional hangers will mostly benefit the low level players and whales. For a F2P or small whales it will most likely make things harder ?
Edit: I too have a perfect hanger but now it may not remain perfect as on larger maps we will most likely see more and more snipers.

If I was all maxed out of my current hangar then sure pout a anti sniping or a really fast hangar but until I an so strong with my current I can't see placing resources else where for funzies. |

I doubt I'll every go for two hangars, mainly because of the 7500au price tag and also, because I play to stay in Diamond, I'm actually not trying to be "the best I can be". It fun to plan though, if I'm battling to sleep I sometimes plan out an alternative hangar in head...
I do have two hangars, I just swop them out before the game, the 1st is my everyday hangar, Domination always, and its such fun: Aphid Gepard Splash Gary Orkan Rog Plasmahad Zarny
The 2nd is just damage and I choose Beacon Rush for it: Tarancilot DB Punisher Griff RDB Magnum Thunder Leo |

Yes, I will fill one of the hangars with short range setup and the second hangar with long range setup.This is enough for me I don't need more hangars.

The real question is: Why would I want to? I play with a very weak hangar, because if I don't I'll be matched up against Mk2 Shocktrains in every match. So where is the benefit in optimizing the hangar for a map, except for the guys with the Mk2 Shocktrain builds? |

My current hangar's pretty much satisfying and works great in all situations, also I don't have that much robots/weapons leveled up enough to have 2 hangars ready to be put against players in the league i am. But i do custom games with friends who joined the game recently (lvl 15 - 25), and that is where I use my low lvl gear. Having a second hangar would help me make a permanent fun line-up for those custom matches, and i wouldn't be forced to take those extra 3 minutes to change all bots.
So, yes, I can, but not to compete with randoms or squad in my league (so, not exactly as it was intended for, but...)
