Clan badges. Something like an air force roundel that would appear on each clan bot. Each clan could design and submit for approval, for a price of say, 1,000 Au or wsp, and then each pilot could pay 50 Au or wsp for the right to have it on their bots.

Add more slots to the hanger that are only obtainable by RM (6th hanger costs $10, 7th hanger $30, and so on)

Here is a no brainer. Allow anyone to gift Gold, Silver and even Components. Currently, the only way you can gift someone gold is if they are in your clan and there is no way to gift components.

I’m not trying to simply shoot your idea down, but they’re currently making $2-3k per whale per month by releasing overpowered content every month. Why would they ditch that model to make a one-time ~$9.99 per clan from some clans? They’re cashing out on their game now so they don’t have to worry about competing with BoT. I personally think it’s a stupid business move because War Robots had the best Mech game on the market. All they had to do was keep improving the game and BoT would’ve never seen the light of day. Now they’ve already bled half their user base and another huge chunk is going to take off when BoT releases. And from what I’ve seen, BoT is nowhere near as good of a game, but it will be balanced and won’t be ran in a predatory fashion - and sadly that is all it’s going to take to kill off War Robots for good.

The ability to get 5 Au by watching a 20 seconds ad, optional of course. Other way is by offering some Very cool and unique looking skins for bots that can also color the weapons unlike the Au skins, and about $1-$10 for each.

That ad Idea isn't bad but with the limited things you can buy with AU, players still not willing to speed up upgrades, I could only see newbs taking 20 seconds to earn 5 AU

Linked is an article on Pixos site, by their head of game design.... Monetising Skins

I'd suggest to Pix not to ruin the balance in the first place by properly testing new content. Secondly, reduce prices to a more reasonable level so they can mitigate backlash if new content turns out to be more powerful than intended.
Or, Pix can cannibalize their player base like they've been doing and seriously diminish it's lifespan ....

Pay for limited access to a second upgrade slot. Pay for instance access to trade/market. Cash for skins. Convert IP to Au and discontinue use. Establish amfixed exchange rate for WSP to Au Allow Au, Ag, and WSP to buy everything but only Au gets discounts on time and price. Establish a fixed exchange for RM to Au
But the real question is how much?
