As I've mentioned a few times elsewhere, I've recently created a second account. I deliberately want to try to stay in the lower league so I have more options in my hanger and so light and medium mechs are more viable.
In my primary account, I know that 9/9+ gets you into Expert+ on iOS. Is there a similar rule of thumb for the general balance of mech/weapon levels that will keep you in lower brackets?

In my primary account, I know that 9/9+ gets you into Expert+ on iOS. Is there a similar rule of thumb for the general balance of mech/weapon levels that will keep you in lower brackets? I wish I could answer this absolutely... but in Android, Silver and Gold bot,h have people that have levels 10 - 12 that aren't tanking. I've seen a lot of very high level weapons and bots with very few "victories" and a modest Max damage stat. They are obviously either very free with paying or are focusing on just those few bots/weapons with all that they have. Anyway, when you add them in with the obvious 5000 victory max hangars that are tanking, it makes having any concrete advice in those leagues, hard to give. However, with that being said, iOS may be different, and when you take the over leveled accounts out of it, well, I could see 6/6 being a possible average for Silver Android and 8/8 for Gold Android. Gold 1 would be more 9/9 to 9/10 while Gold 3 could be anywhere from 6/7 to 7/8 from what I have seen. I cannot say how that applies to iOS, and I apologize if all of this was a waste because it doesn't jive with iOS. Just a basic idea of how it was for my accounts... even when my main was stuck in Silver 1 for about a month or two after the MM change with a 9/9 hangar. Tankers would almost always skew my qualifiers at the time and it took me forgetting about leagues and just playing despite them to get out of there and above Gold. IMO, YMMV.

Poopface on my secondary hangar on iOS I run a 4 slot 7/8 static hangar. This keeps me at the low end of Diamond 3. I am not sure how far you want to go, but maybe know the limit will help you settle on a level of bots and weapons. Included is a snapshot of my hangar. Been like this for a couple of months now at least. Don't play it that much unless just want to relax a little from primary. Don't even worry about dailies with this account. ?

At least at that point you could slot yourself into the bracket(s) you wanted to play. For now, I'm heading toward a 5/5 all light and medium hanger and see how it shakes out. So far, things are okay, but nothing ground-breaking. I think my damage is dropped because I spend a good chunk of the beginning of the match using my Cossack to capture beacons. In other news, I saw my first Lance during my lunch break. Even 1/5 with his Thunder and Tulus he was lousy. Came in 4th for the reds. I would have SSed it, but my app crashed.
