I know that I'll never obtain the amount of workshop points that most of the veterans on this forum have. I am wondering, though, what is a good number where one should stop purchasing workshop points? After a while, they become redundant. One has purchased all the WP weapons and bots that they need or want. What is the need of purchasing more? Again, at what point would you stop purchasing WP's? How many should one keep on hand in the unlikely event that one would need to purchase something? I suppose it depends on if a new weapon or bot will become available to be purchased with WP (highly doubtful). Would you stop? Have you stopped?

I stopped about 16k ... just take the free ones everyday... I have the WSP stuff I want and a few things to play with... bought a rhino but never use it... bought a stalker..then got a 'free one ' from last event... may get another trident (I have 2 I don't use) for if I ever get a Fury

I'm kind of thinking the same way. I have a Treb and a Trident that I don't even use, six Magnums, a Rhino that collects dust, and two stalkers, one that I won during the birthday event. Unless I'm feeling lazy, I've seldom been one to sit in the background and take potshots at people a half mile away, so I don't think I'll invest in another Treb or Trident. I understand that Fujin and Raijin aren't used in the higher leagues, so I guess they're out as well.

i stopped at 50k 2 months ago.
50k plus the free 40 a day seems more than sufficient for what i own. if they ever make anything worth a 「fluffernutter」 to buy with wsp again and i dont have enough to get what i want, i'll just start making again, no biggie.

I'm almost at 25K. I figured to stop there until the Pixies come up with something worth purchasing. Now watch. In a few months, they'll drop a bomb, and say that Tempest or Dash can be purchased for 100K WP, and I stopped months ago. That's usually how my luck goes.

I stopped at 16k as it was enough to buy about anything I might still want in the future but do not have yet (Trebuchets and a Raijin). I'm actually glad I decided to top out just over 15k as I was lucky enough to win two Tempests from Dredd77 Mech Spectrum's Hunting season contest and bought a Raijin to put them on. The Raijin has 21hrs to go till lvl 7 and just waiting on receipt of the Tempests to get them going as well. So, I'm going to say 15k, as that gets you one of any bot, or two of the most expensive weapons.

If you play enough that continuing to buy WSP does not affect your amount of silver you have to able to upgrade your stuff with ease, I would recommend continuing to develop WSP.
The way Pix keeps buffing and nerfing things, it's very handy to have an assortment of options available in your back hanger. I have been playing for about half a year now and I have every bot you can buy with WSP in my back hanger (I even have 2 Carnages) as well as 2+ of every weapon, and I have about 300k in silver for upgrades and the amount is climbing despite continuing to purchase WSP.
Recently, since the update, my Tridents are not doing enough damage, so I have Trebs that I can upgrade right away to replace them.
I had also been upgrading 3 Hydras recently (that have been sitting in my back hanger for a long time) in preparation for the new buffs, but I tried them out on a Fujin after the buff and have decided against them because I cannot think of a more boring way to play this game, but luckily I have the Trebs.
Basically what I'm saying is that continuing to develop WSP and buying all the weapons and bots available provides you with options when Pix makes changes.

There comes a point where enough is enough tho. What would you need 300k wsp for, I mean seriously.

300k of silver ...probably meant 300 Million?

300k of silver ...probably meant 300 Million? Wasn't responding to that, kinda missed it actually. Moreover, just that after a certain point, more wsp is moot.

May not be your case, i consider myself a reasonably regular player (prob 2 hours per day all up?). If I continued to buy WSP it would make some amount of difference. I have everything except for the Rajin (which I don't want) and just on the 100m Silver mark. The only reason I have that much is a couple of times I've bought 10 days premium and I have levelled a lot of stuff to 8 or less which is cheap for the given time. I am working on levelling things to 10 - soon 11. At the rate I'm going, even with my current premium, my silver is decreasing. I am going to be unable to play for a good few weeks in a few days and I expect to be out of silver when I can start again. There is no way I am investing in WSP.

300k of silver ...probably meant 300 Million? Yes, sorry, 300m.... long day, and I should re-read my posts before publishing them. I even bought a Rajin, which I have never used, but then I hear about beacon rush. The Rajin with thunders may be a great asset in beacon rush. My thought is; the more you have, the more you can adapt when changes happen. I have to admit though, I will stop developing WSP once I have enough of everything which will be soon, unless some of the upcoming weapons are WSP.
