Don't forget to eat and stretch
I do the yoga pose called half-moon and a couple others intermittently between battles to keep my back and body comfortable.
I also prepare finger foods like celery, broccoli and cauliflower with a drissle of olive oil and a dash of salt an peppa, some fruit bowls, mixed nuts, quick smoothies, superfoods like goji berries and cacao nibs, and I have a protein shaker for a quick mix of spirulina/turmeric and almond or coconut milk, and I drink lots n lots of water.
I eat chips and pizza too, oh hell yeah nom nom nom. But the other stuff helps my energy levels for excessive battle hours.

Yeah, this game is like lsd where I'm so focused I won't notice I've been crouched in the same awkward position for an hour until finally moving. At least acid doesn't callous my thumbs Stretching now, oh so good. Thanks for the tip.
