And he sang as he watched and waited til his billy boiled: "You'll come a-waltzing Matilda with me!" And, no I am not Ozzie, and didn't need to look it up. I like the words and can sing it by heart. The regular or the queenslander version? We don’t have a different version... Do we?

Please remain standing for the Australians national anthem: Once a jolly swagman camped by a billabong, Under the shade of a coolibah tree- And he sang as he watched and waited til his billy boiled: "You'll come a-waltzing Matilda with me!" And, no I am not Ozzie, and didn't need to look it up. I like the words and can sing it by heart. You like the words? I mean, I’m sure you don’t mean it like that but just remember that the song is about suicide...

Oh, that’s right Travelling in a fried-out Kombie On a hippie trail, head full of zombies Get it right! I left my heart to the sappers round Khe Sanh And the soul was sold with my cigarettes to the black market man *sighs* You know that good music doesn’t qualify as an anthem.

No idea what that even means, don't care. The point is that rhinos are trash. Don't use them. There are FAR better resource sinks in this game for the wsp, not to mention time and silver. I have killed countless ancilots and even griffins with my rhino. Am i doing something wrong? Am i playing it too well? Oh wait. Why am i talking to a brick wall? Brick walls are excellent sources of sarcasm, apparently.

Butch is specialist mech, good at exactly ONE thing. No one will dispute its mastery of the Sniper role, however that's a very limited niche. Griff and Carnage are both good at just about everything. Hover...haven't used one, can't say. Have a few nice Hover cockpits hanging above my mantle from before I retired from War Robots. Didn't meet very many, but the few I did meet weren't much to write home about. Was like a Griffin except more floaty...floatier means more shootier for me. Raijin...umm, is good at...sitting? Sitting hard? Raijin isn't good at anything except attracting enemy fire. And in the one category it's mediocre at (sniping), there are far superior choices. Rhino, much as I love it, is sadly a death-trap since the advent of Dash mechs. It hasn't got enough HP to make up for its lack of mobility, and it's capable of dodging precisely nothing. Now, if the DEISS gear is taken off the table, IMHO the Rhino is definitely up there along with the Lancelot, based on personal experience. In a dashless world, Rhino and Griffin are roughly tied for viability, Rhino for sheer power and Griffin for versatility. Griffin is also much easier to use (hence the large number of players claiming the Rhino is garbage), and Carnage is similarly easy, thus giving them a slight edge for most players. well actually, the rhino is an excellent ambusher. It has a shield which allows it to counter all plasma weapons, aka the redeemer, taran and shocktrain (ooh). The raijin is an excellent tank and actually excels as a sniper. Other snipers cannot hurt it, and it can climb up to strategic places that the fury and butch cannot. It is also an excellent brawler as it can full on tank a full salvo of 3 orkans and it has the shields in case a plasma bot comes by. Sure it is large and blocks other players which is why you need to know how to play it properly. It also has almost the firepower of the fury. Now one thing i don't get is how people actually COMPLAINED about the initial 50% buff in bastion mode and demanded it be nerfed. Maybe it would completely replace the fury then? Idk. For the carnage, it dies. I mean it dies really quick. I used to LOVE the carnage as a thunder assassin, but if you watch this video here: you can see how bad the carnage is (or maybe how bad i am at using it) the carnage has yet to be buffed, and even with the faster regenerating shield, it still suffers from its weak shield which can be easily broken through. Hover is the halfawy mark between the griffin and the rog. It has good speed, good firepower, a better jump then both, and more health than both. Rog can jump more often though. I say that the hover replaces the griffin in every aspect other than firepower and almost replaces the rog. Griffin is a glass cannon, but unlike the dashes, cannot really approach safely and retreat safely at the same time. It has to decide when to use its jump. It is sluggish and somewhat clumsy, but it works well as a midranger. Butch is actually one of the most versatile bots in the game. It can switch between midrange weapons to soften up bots and then when they get close, it can switch to thunders of embers and finish them off. This can be 2 bots in one. Sniper/brawler, midranger/brawler, midranger/sniper and so on. Nice video. I must say, however, you play Thunder Carnage like a solo damage dealer. Remember that as a Runner/Flanker/Knife Fighter position-flexible bot, you've got to stick to another bot like you do at 1:18. Let the bigger bots soak up the damage, then when/if they force the enemy into a lane intersection, you flank and burst the enemy down, to deal some real heavy damage from close range, with no return fire. The key to this is not relying on your energy shield, it's just to protect you from stray gunhose and missile fire. I know it sounds like a cowardly way to play, but if you do the maths, Thunder Carnages do the most damage in the game (excluding Thunder Furies) at less than 100m. Thus, staying undercover and using allies as meat shields and only popping your head out in under 100m range exchanges is the most efficient way to get extreme numbers on the stats screen and stay alive in that one bot as long as possible. Easier done than said.

Magnum patton is a very short ranged sustain bot for such low durability... that's exactly why the pinata patton is a much more viable option for similar damage output but in bursts to keep your squishy patton from ejecting too quick.

Part of what I love(d) about Walking War Robots now War Robots was the look. It set itself apart from SO many other games. And these new designs are just killing it. A slippery slope down to the boats in Battle Bay. dude I love ambiguity and this comment absolutely kills it.

dammit moody for the 12th time you can't just put a griffin on a vityaz, that's too overpowered. But it only has about a 100m jump. that's crazy splash damage and you know that

Just your personal experience or opinions, there is no right answer. The question depends a bit on how you define a midranger. From 580m the Zeus Gekko Natty or Zeus Fury is probably the best setup. But the Tempest Fury is much stronger from outside of 600m (naturally) and from within 400m, and can strip Anciles for friendly rockets. So my vote is for the Tempest Fury or Tempest Punisher Natty (if you don't have a Fury). I don't have a ST Bulgasari (in fact, I have only 1 Shocktrain). If I had, it would probably be #1. I agree. Something else that comes into play in MRS is how you want to apply damage. As far as team damage goes, the shocktrain is undefeated. For mid range sustain, Molots and Tempests are king. For poke, tridents/tulumbas/pins still fairly strong with full damage and high splash and maximum range. At MRS/Capper Flex, the Zeus/Scourge/Pin is the most useful. And then the bot type: the closer you are to flexing [sic], the more mobility you want. Sustain builds will want higher durability, so if you’re going gunhose, get muscle bots. Poke and flex builds need the speed. Hardpoints = firepower. More guns, more power but (usually) less mobility.
